The Abigail Home Experience is a location in Season 2 of AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. It is a neighborhood located in a Southern California town, along the coast.
Luis Flores mentions that the 1st phase of the neighborhood was a 90% capacity and in the second phase was about to break ground.
Post-Apocalypse[]
It seems that during the onset of the apocalypse, the military may have quarentined this area as evidant by the fence around it and that some of the garage doors are marked with similar marks that were seen in El Sereno when the military arrived there. It also seems that it was abandoned after a while.
Nicholas Clark is sent by Strand to head to the shore to find his contact, Luis Flores. After spending the night in the tent city on the beach to evade military helicopters and boats, he wanders around the neighborhood the next morning, finding it widely abandoned and protected with a large metal fence with barbed wire. Nick finds Luis outside a home under construction and proves that he is an associate of Strand's. When asked why doesn't he stay at the gated community, Luis prefers his hometown in Baja California and proceeds to take Nick to his raft. The Abigail Home Experience neighborhood and nearby beach camp remain abandoned.
