Adrien Genet is a character in AMC's The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. He is the husband of Marion Genet.

"L'Invisible"[]
Alarms go off throughout The Louvre as Genet is on the phone with her husband Adrien, attempting to understand what's going on as everyone is losing it. Adrien, making his way through a massive traffic jam on foot, is unable to get in the staff entrance to pick her up as the whole building is locked down. Everyone is being told to go home, lock the doors, and wait. Adrien reaches the main entrance, but the police are everywhere, preventing him from getting through so Genet makes her to the entrance so as to meet him outside. However, a National Guardsman forcefully prevents Genet from leaving as no one is being allowed in or out. Outside of the Louvre pyramid, a herd of walkers move in on fleeing civilians: it's Monument Day, the beginning of the end of the world. Through the glass of the pyramid, Adrien reassures his wife that it's going to be okay and that he loves her, a sentiment that Genet returns. Two walkers grab Adrien and devour him as Genet can only watch on and scream in horror before sobbing over the loss of her husband. Still crying, Genet walks into the empty gallery and looks at the Mona Lisa.

As Genet tells Carol about the horrors that she's witnessed, Adrien appears in a flashback to his death.

Trivia[]
- Adrien is the first character to be killed by walkers in Season 2.
- Adrien's death is very reminiscent of Jimmy's, T-Dog's, Noah's, David's, and Paula's deaths in the fact that all are eaten alive by walkers by a door/fence while another character(s) is able to escape and live. Also, most of them were initially bitten around the face/neck area.
