The adult administrator is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: World Beyond. He is a resident of the Campus Colony of Omaha, one of three cities part of the Alliance of the Three.

At some point in the apocalypse, this man joined a community called the Campus Colony.
Season 1[]
"Brave"[]
This administrator is among several students and staff from Monument High School to be part of a delegation sent to meet the Civic Republic delegation at a heliport outside of the city. After Iris arrives and chats with Jan, the administrator orders everyone to board the bus so they may head to their destination. At the heliport, the administrator and the rest of the civilians are excited to meet Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth Kublek. After the meeting, he and the rest of the group return to the Campus Colony.
Less than two days later, the administrator is among the Campus Colony residents murdered in the massacre carried out by the Civic Republic Military.

Due to statistics stating that the community would be a drain on their resources, Elizabeth's superiors ordered an attack on Campus Colony and the complete extermination of its inhabitants. They bombed the safe-zone with chlorine bombs and then allowed the safe-zone to be overrun by the undead and shot any survivors afterwards.
