- "NO! NO, LET ME OFF!"
- —Aiden to the Evacuation chopper pilots[src]
Aiden Carroll is an original character in The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct.
When the evacuation started in Palmetto estates, Aiden took a bag of flares, his weapon, to the mechanic shop to signal the last FEMA helicopter to evacuate himself, his wife Jane, Terry Harrison, and Mrs. Harrison. On his way to the shop he drops the bag and twists his ankle (most likely due to walkers) and climbs up to the roof of the pharmacy, where he becomes trapped by a large group of walkers.
Daryl Dixon speaks to Terry and Jane and is told that if he wants any chance of being evacuated he will need to find Aiden and light the flares to signal the chopper. Daryl then finds Aiden on the roof and he returns the bag of flares. Aiden lights the flares and then tells Daryl to get Jane and Terry. When Daryl is making his way towards Jane's or Terry's house, the chopper arrives too early and Aiden gets on thinking the chopper will wait. The helicopter then starts to take off. Aiden then screams at the pilots to let him off so he can be with his wife, but they are already too high off the ground for him to get off, leaving his status unknown.
This list shows the victims Aiden has killed:
- Possibly numerous counts of zombies
