Akio Ōtsuka (大塚 明夫 Ōtsuka Akio) is a Japanese actor and voice actor who dubs Negan Smith in the Japanese language broadcasts of AMC's The Walking Dead.
Biography[]
He is also the famous official dubbing roles for many western actors such as Steven Seagal, Nicolas Cage, Antonio Banderas, Dolph Lundgren, Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel Washington, Dennis Quaid and many more. He is the son of the late voice actor Chikao Ohtsuka.

- Akio voices Jack 2 and the Narrator in Tekken: The Motion Picture. Later, Negan, the character he dubs for in the TV Series, was added to Tekken 7 as a DLC character.
- He has also dubbed for Jeffrey Dean Morgan's character, Joe Merriweather, in Solace.
- He also dubbed for fellow The Walking Dead franchise actors, Michael Rooker (Merle) and Michael Madsen (Carver), in Days of Thunder and Donnie Brasco, respectively.
