Alex is a survivor living in Alexandria. It is unknown whether he arrived there before or after the war with the Saviors.

He is mentioned by Carl when he was talking to Rick. It is assumed that Carl and Alex had an argument, as Rick asks if Carl cleared everything up with Alex, Carl replies that he took care of it and it was all a misunderstanding.
