Alice Burnside is a survivor of the outbreak in Thomas Dunne Books' The Walking Dead. She was a resident of Tent City.

Bob Stookey told Lilly Caul that she was one of the people deciding what to do with Joshua Hamilton, after he killed Chad Bingham. Alice and the others decided to kick Josh out of the camp.
It is unknown what happened to Alice when Tent City was destroyed by walkers and engulfed by flames. Lilly's group stated that it was very unlikely anyone survived.
