Alicia's Prosthetic Arm is a prosthetic arm made by Alicia Clark out of her own arm bones following the amputation of her left arm.
Post-Apocalypse[]
While trying to follow the zombified Senator Elias Vazquez through a drainage pipe out of the Franklin Hotel bunker, Alicia Clark is bitten in the left arm. In an attempt to save her life, Alicia uses her Sharpened Barrel Shroud to amputate her arm, but it is apparently unsuccessful, and Alicia becomes sick anyways. Before leaving the bunker, Alicia fashions her arm bones into a prosthetic and attaches blades to the end as a weapon, covering the "hand" with a glove when she doesn't need it. Alicia's prosthetic arm subsequently serves as her primary weapon against the undead as she is able to slash or stab walkers with the blades on the end without the fear of getting hurt if she does end up getting bitten in the arm. Presumably as a result, Alicia abandons her barrel shroud in the bunker rather than continuing to carry it around with her.
While Alicia is trying to follow Vazquez to PADRE alongside Morgan Jones, the two are captured by Victor Strand who attempts to kill Morgan by having Vazquez bite him. However, Alicia takes the bite for Morgan in her prosthetic arm, causing Strand to retreat. Alicia eventually shows Morgan her arm and reveals the truth to him. After losing Vazquez in the moat of Strand's Tower, Alicia uses her arm blades to put down a zombified Will.
Upon meeting Alicia, Paul comments that the arm made out of her own bones is quite the statement. Alicia explains to Paul that "I got bit. I wasn't going to let him take it from me." Paul is left confused that Alicia is sick from a bite, but she hasn't turned. Later, after capturing Alicia, Arno takes her arm from her and bangs it against a cage full of zombified cultists as he prepares to feed Alicia to them. Alicia recovers her arm when she's rescued by Paul, using it to put down one of the cultists as they escape.
Alicia continues to use the arm as she tries to gather other survivors and lead them to take over Strand's Tower. During a brief confrontation outside of the drainage pipe where she had lost her arm in the first place, Alicia is able to use it to put down Vazquez, the walker that had bitten her and caused Alicia to amputate her arm. Although Sherry offers to return her recovered barrel shroud upon exiting the pipe, Alicia lets her keep her old weapon instead.
Seven years later, an unknown survivor is revealed to have possession of the arm for some reason. The new owner is later revealed to be Troy Otto who presents it to Madison Clark as proof of his claims that Troy had killed Alicia. Before Madison, her friends and her allies leave the Emissary Suites and go back to PADRE, Madison takes the duffel bag containing her daughter’s prosthetic arm. Subsequently, Madison keeps Alicia's prosthetic arm in her possession, attempting to use it to identify the zombified Alicia when she encounters armless walkers. However, Madison later discovers that Troy has been purposefully amputating walker's arms and releasing them in order to make this impossible for her.
Ada and the members of Alicia's Followers wear arm attachments with replicas of the arm's blades as part of their efforts to keep Alicia alive to other survivors.
Madison later kills Troy by impaling him with Alicia's prosthetic arm. After Troy's death, Russell reveals that Alicia and Troy had fought and badly injured each other with Alicia stabbing Troy with her arm which is how Troy had actually ended up with it. However, Alicia wasn't actually killed by Troy with Russell and the other members of Troy's Group having simply told the recovering Troy what he had wanted to hear after finding proof that Alicia might've survived the fight.
When a still-alive Alicia reunites with her mother, she is shown to have replaced her left arm with a new prosthetic, this one a regular prosthetic arm.

Trivia[]
- Alicia has gotten bitten in this arm twice by the same walker and later used the blades on the arm to put the walker down.
- The blades on this arm replaced Alicia's Sharpened Barrel Shroud as her primary weapon the same way that the shroud had replaced her balisong.
