The Alien Army is a group seen in The Walking Dead: Small Bites. They are an army of aliens responsible for bringing the dead back to life and destroying civilization. However, this was all revealed to be a fabricated story told by Shiva and these aliens never really existed.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Very little is known about the aliens, except that they come from an unknown planet and went around destroying every inhabitable planet in the solar system, including Shiva's. Their next target was Earth, where they deployed a virus that brought the dead back to life.
