  • The leader of an unnamed group treats women as sex slaves, and offers Amber to Negan. When Negan declines his offer and orders him to stop with the sexual exploitation, the leader mocks, insults, and then attacks him, resulting in Negan killing him with Lucille. (Here's Negan)
  • Reggie, an escaped convict, shoots Rick Grimes in the chest, putting him in a coma. (Issue 1)
  • Shane Walsh attempts to kill Rick after being driven insane. (Issue 6)
  • Thomas Richards, a prison inmate, murdered Rachel and Susie Greene and attempted to also kill Andrea and Patricia, with the latter trying to help him. (Safety Behind Bars)
  • Dexter and Andrew tried to kick Rick's group out of the Prison due to blaming them for Rachel and Susie's murders, using guns from the armory with the help of Patricia. (Issue 18)
  • Brian Blake, better known as the Governor, was the leader of Woodbury. He imprisoned Rick, Michonne and Glenn with the intent on finding out their location. He sliced off Rick's right hand, beat Glenn, and brutally raped Michonne. He eventually had Caesar Martínez release Rick, Glenn, and Michonne so his henchman could follow them back to the prison and report on their location. Before she left, Michonne brutally tortured the Governor for raping her. Rick also killed Martinez before he could reveal their location to the Governor. The Governor eventually attacked the prison, though retreated after the first assault due to losing too many soldiers to Andrea. The Woodbury Army then captured Tyreese, and the Governor decapitated him with Michonne's katana when Rick refused to vacate the prison. Eventually he ordered his tank to be driven over the prison fences out of desperation. This second assault resulted in the deaths of Axel, Patricia, Alice Warren, Billy Greene, Hershel Greene, Lori Grimes, and Judith Grimes. The Governor met his end at the hands of Lilly Caul, who executed him after she realized she killed a baby under his command. (The Best Defense to Made To Suffer)
  • A group of three unnamed men tried to rob Rick and Abraham Ford, and attempted to rape Rick's son Carl. (Issue 57)
  • Ben killed his brother Billy. (Issue 61)
  • The Hunters, led by Chris, are a cannibalistic group of survivors, that intended on killing and eating Rick and the Survivors. After kidnapping Dale, they amputate and eat his remaining leg. Dale, however, reveals he was bitten, so the Hunters return him to the survivors, dumping him in front of Gabriel's church as an intimidation tactic. Before they retreat, they shoot Glenn in the leg. Rick and the Survivors eventually track the Hunters down to their base and, after a brief confrontation, force the cannibals to surrender. The Survivors proceed to slaughter the Hunters.   • Peter Anderson, a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone, beat his wife and son multiple times and got into a fight with Rick when the latter suspected that Pete was abusing his family. He later tried to kill Rick, but accidentally killed Regina Monroe, the wife of the leader of the community, instead, which got him killed by Rick. (Too Far Gone)
  • The Scavengers, led by Derek, pushed one of their own people out to the zombies in order to escape. They also tried to take over Alexandria Safe-Zone. Even though the Scavengers were killed in the ensuing skirmish, the gunfire attracted a large herd of zombies which resulted in the deaths of Bruce, Tobin, Morgan, Ron, Jessie, and Douglas.   • Nicholas conspires with Spencer and Olivia to overthrow and kill Rick. When Glenn overhears their conversation, Nicholas chases him with the intent to kill him before he can inform Rick. (We Find Ourselves)
  • Ethan, a member of the Hilltop Colony was tasked by Negan to dispatch Gregory so that Crystal, another Hilltop citizen could be spared. He stabs Gregory in the stomach and tries to kill Rick when the latter attempts to stop him. (Issue 95)
  • The Saviors, led by Negan, extorted the Hilltop Colony, the Kingdom, and eventually the Alexandria Safe-Zone for their supplies. To subjugate Alexandria, Negan first sent Dwight to kill one of its inhabitants, and personally executed Glenn a few days later by smashing his head in with his baseball bat, Lucille. Under Rick's leadership, the communities rebelled, leading to a war that resulted in many casualties on both sides, and the partial destruction of Alexandria. Rick eventually tricked Negan into negotiating before slicing his throat with a knife, resulting in Negan tackling Rick and breaking his leg before collapsing. Dwight usurped Negan's position, and the Saviors agreed to work with the communities under his leadership. Negan was imprisoned for his crimes, receiving a life sentence. (Something to Fear to All Out War-Part 2)
  • Spencer Monroe, the son of the Alexandria Safe Zone's former leader, Douglas Monroe, personally asks Negan to kill Rick. (Issue 111)
  • The Whisperers, led by Alpha, are a hostile group of survivors that attack anyone that ventures into their territory. After several skirmishes that resulted in the deaths of two Hilltop guards and several Whisperers, Alpha sets and example by decapitating twelve of the joint community members, including Ezekiel and Rosita Porter, and marking the border with their severed heads on pikes. To get into Rick's good graces, Negan breaks out of his confinement (with Brandon's help) and integrates himself with the Whisperers, gaining Alpha's trust before killing her. In revenge for Alpha's death, Beta leads the Whisperers to war, which leads to the deaths of Gabriel and several Militia members and the Hilltop burning down, and unleashes a giant herd on Alexandria, which results in the death of Paula and Andrea. The last of the Whisperers, including Beta himself, are eliminated by Jesus and Aaron a few weeks later. (A New Beginning to Lines We Cross)
  • Gregory betrays Rick and sides with the Saviors during the war, ordering the Hilltop forces to retreat, under threat of exile, during the assault on the Sanctuary. (All Out War - Part One) He later tries to kill Maggie and take back his leadership of the Hilltop Colony, resulting in his execution. (Whispers Into Screams, Life And Death)
  • Morton Rose, a resident of the Hilltop threatened Carl and Maggie alongside his wife, Tammy after an attack on his son caused by Carl and became involved in a plot to kill the two. (Whispers Into Screams) After the death of his wife, he harassed Rick alongside other members of the community including Vincent and Louie for not going to war against the Whisperers. Morton tried to assassinate Rick, but this results in his demise. (No Turning Back)
  • Brandon Rose, the son of Morton and Tammy severely injured Sophia alongside his friend after she stopped the boys' earlier attack on Brian only to be nearly beaten to death with a shovel by Carl. (Whispers Into Screams) After the death of Morton, Brandon developed a hatred toward Rick, as he was the one who murdered his father. He freed Negan and attempted to alert the Whisperers of Rick's declaration of war. However, before Brandon could warn them, Negan fatally stabbed him in the chest for becoming a traitor to the communities, ending the Rose family once and for all. (Call to Arms)
  • Sherry, ex-wife of Dwight and Negan, secretly plots on overthrowing Rick when the war between the Whisperers and the Joint Communities has subsided. Under her leadership, the Saviors took Heath, Dwight, and Laura hostage, demanding to be separated from the community network. Sherry eventually attacks Rick during negotiations, resulting in her demise. (The Whisperer War, A Certain Doom)
  • Dwight attempts to kill Pamela Milton, which could have potentially lead to war between the Commonwealth and the D.C. communities, although Dwight's reasons are altruistic. (Issue 186)
  • Pamela Milton orders her forces to attack Rick and his forces, believing that Rick had been conspiring with Mercer to overthrow her. (Issue 190)
  • Sebastian Milton shoots Rick four times in the chest, killing him. (Issue 191, Issue 192)
  • Derick and his group ambush and attempt to kill Negan, resulting in the death of himself and Barry. (Negan Lives)

  • Larry is an aggressive and judgmental old man who attempts to have Duck thrown out of Everett Pharmacy Drugstore due to his own paranoia about him being bitten, only to be stopped by Kenny and Lee Everett. (Determinant) After becoming immobile due to his heart problems flaring up, Lee aids the group in getting the medication needed for Larry to recover. However, he quickly attempts to kill Lee by punching him in the face and leaving him for dead as walkers swarm the pharmacy. Another confrontation at the motel results in him revealing he knows Lee was arrested for murder and threatening to expose him if his daughter or Clementine are harmed. Despite three months passing and Lee showing himself to be a valuable member of the group (as well as attempting to be cordial with Larry (Determinant)), Larry still holds disdain towards him up until his untimely demise at St. John's Dairy Farm. (A New Day & Starved For Help)
  • The St. John family attempts to kill the motel survivors when they discover the family's cannibalistic tendencies. They cut off Mark's legs and ate them, hold Katjaa and Duck hostage after forcing the other members of the group in a meat locker, shoot Kenny (non-fatally) and attempt to kill Lee Everett. However, Brenda is killed by a zombified Mark while Lee and Kenny subdue and/or kill Danny and Andrew. (Determinant) (Starved For Help)
  • A crazy woman named Jolene, stalks Lee's group and attempted and planned to kidnap Clementine. Later, in the her camp, she threatens Danny and Lee and possibly attempts to kill them. (Starved For Help)
  • The Save-Lots Bandits attack St. John's Dairy Farm, Lee and Mark on the farm, physically and sexually abuse Jolene, and also invade the motel to steal their supplies after weeks of bombarding their defenses. (Starved For Help & Long Road Ahead)
  • Crawford Oberson is the tyrannical leader of Crawford, a totalitarian community which resorts to extreme measures in order to survive, namely exterminating and banishing weak individuals, which include the sick, elderly and children. Women were also not allowed to bare children, and were forced to get abortions if they became pregnant. This eventually pushes Anna Correa over the edge who, not wanting to give up her child, goes on a shooting spree, which ultimately causes the destruction of the community. (Around Every Corner)
  • Vernon forced his friends to steal the boat from Lee's group, saying that it was the right thing to do. (No Time Left)
  • The Stranger stalks Lee's group and later abducts Clementine. (Long Road Ahead, Around Every Corner, No Time Left)
  • Nate hunts after Wyatt and Eddie for killing one of his group members. (Wyatt's Story)
  • Walt attempts to kill Russell and Nate. (Russell's Story)
  • A group led by a man named Roman executes Stephanie mercilessly and try in vain to hunt down Bonnie, Leland, Dee, and (after their defects), Shel (Determinant) and Becca. (Determinant) (Bonnie's Story, Shel's Story, Epilogue)
  • A man named Roberto, tries to rob Roman's group but gets caught by them. If they set him free, he and his group come again to pitstop and kill Boyd. (Shel's Story)
  • Michelle tries to rob Clementine and accidentally kills Omid. (All That Remains)
  • Winston, Victor and Ralph attack Christa and chase Clementine, subsequently separating them. (All That Remains)
  • William Carver, leader of a large survivor group, dictates his group with absolute tyranny, persecutes and hunts after those who attempt to flee, including the cabin survivors who sided with Luke. He executes Walter and Alvin (Determinant) and threatens Sarita's life. (Determinant) He takes all of the cabin survivors, and Sarita and Kenny back with him to his community and lock them up. Carver forces Carlos to slap his daughter when she interrupts his diatribe. He unceremoniously kills Reggie for failing to keep Clementine and Sarah focused on their job. He beats both Luke and Kenny when he discovers their subterfuge, dealing permanent damage to the latter. He holds the prisoners at gunpoint when they try to escape and threatens to kill Rebecca and her baby for trying to do so. (All That Remains, A House Divided, In Harm's Way)
  • Many members of Carver's group, who resides at Howe's Hardware, carries out misdeeds on his orders or allowance. Troy, Johnny, Tavia, Hank, Vera, Lowell, Tyler and Tisha all follow his orders willingly. (All That Remains, A House Divided, In Harm's Way)
  • Arvo lures Clementine and her group into a trap after vowing revenge against her or falsely accusing her of stealing from him (Determinant) and in the middle of the chaos, he is angered after witnessing Clementine put down his zombified sister. Arvo later shoots Clementine when she discovers him, Mike, and Bonnie (Determinant) attempting to steal the truck and flee from Kenny, almost killing her in the process. (Amid The Ruins & No Going Back)
  • The Russian Group ambushes Clementine's group and attempts to rob their supplies. (Amid The Ruins & No Going Back)
  • Randy, Patricia, and Gill steal supplies from Clementine, Alvin Jr., and Jane either out of revenge for not letting them in or betrayal if they did let them in. (No Going Back)
  • Members of Monroe, a floating colony lead by Norma (alongside her brother, Randall) slaughter a group of people on a ferry called The Mobjack. They hold Michonne, Pete, Sam and Greg hostage, and member named Zachary accidentally kills Greg. After Michonne, Sam and Pete (Determinant) escape from captivity, group led by Randall is send after them. This group injures Sam and kills John. Meanwhile rest of Monroe captures Pete's crew. After prisoner trade results in deaths of Berto, Oak (Determinant), Jonas/Gabby and Randall, rest of Monroe tries to kill rest of Fairbanks House residents (Paige, Sam, Alex, James) and Pete's crew (Michonne, Pete, Siddiq and Oak (Determinant)).   • An unnamed hostile group raided Wellington and killed Edith and a woman. (Ties That Bind - Part 1) (Determinant)
  • The New Frontier are a hostile group of survivors. A team led by Badger slaughtered and destroyed members of Prescott, the leader being revealed as David García. It is later revealed the one who really ordered the attacks on towns and settlements behind David and the two other leaders' backs was Joan. (Season 3)
  • Badger is the leader of a splinter cell in the New Frontier military that raids other settlements with Joan's blessing. He also personally murders Mariana. (Ties That Bind - Part 1, Ties That Bind - Part 2, Above The Law)
  • Marlon is the leader of the Ericson's Boarding School community. He revealed to have given up Tennessee's sisters, Sophie and Minerva, to raiders. He later accidentally kills Brody when she reveals the truth to Clementine as well as lie to the group saying that Clementine killed her. (Done Running)
  • Mitch, a member of Ericson's Boarding School gets resentful towards Clementine and Alvin Jr. after the latter killed Marlon. He also votes to expel the two from the school. Upon their return, after Alvin Jr. is injured, he remains hostile towards them and constantly provokes Clementine at the greenhouse. He eventually reforms and recognizes that the group needs Clementine (Determinant). (Suffer The Children)
  • Members of the Delta, a group of raiders rumored to be of large size but currently only just shy of a dozen members have been revealed, led by more high ranking members like Lilly. Other prominent members include Abel, Dorian and Minerva. They kidnap survivors and force them to become soldiers for a war they are currently fighting with a unknown community. They have committed many evil actions such as threatening Marlon into giving over two of his group members in exchange for safety, pressuring Minerva to kill her sister, attacking the Boarding School group and attempting to kidnap it's members as well as (Determinant) acts of punitive limb amputation.
  • Abel attempts to rob Clementine and AJ and take their supplies, threatening to kill them both if they don't allow him to take the food, later revealed to be a member of the Delta and Lilly's right-hand man. (Done Running)
  • Lilly, a former leader of the Motel Survivors and ally of Clementine, became a leading member and recruiter of a group known as the Delta – a group that kidnaps children to be soldiers. Through Marlon, she forced Tennessee's sisters – Sophie and Minerva – to join her group against their will. She subsequently led the invasion of Ericson's Boarding School after Marlon's death, resulting in the abduction of Louis/Violet, Omar and Aasim. It later transpired that she – through Minerva – manipulated Violet into obedience or severed Louis' tongue (Determinant). If Clementine spared her life when Alvin Jr. threatened it, she exploits this and kills James. (Suffer The Children & Broken Toys)
  • Violet, a member of Ericson's Boarding School, holds a grudge against Clementine if she isn't saved in "Suffer the Children" (Determinant). She refuses to leave the Delta ship and threatens to harm Clementine if she and the rest of the group try to escape. She later attacks her while she was confronting Minerva and later explains that she wanted to stop the bomb from exploding. She reforms at the end of the episode and apologizes to Clementine for her attitude. (Broken Toys)
  • James, an ex-Whisperer becomes hostile if Alvin Jr. kills Lilly on the boat in "Broken Toys" (Determinant). He assaults Clementine and tries to take Alvin Jr. away from her in the cave. He either remains angry if Clementine tells him that his philosophy is dangerous or is calmed down and reforms if she tells him not to force his way of thinking onto others. (Take Us Back)
  • Minerva, a former student of Ericson's Boarding School, now a loyal member of Delta, killed her own sister, and helped to imprison Clementine, AJ and Violet/Louis, even trying to kill Clementine if she tries to stop her group. After the ship is destroyed, she fights off walkers with the other surviving Delta members and is bitten twice in the process. She tries to blow up Clementine and AJ with a grenade, before continuing to fight the walkers. She later confronts Clementine, AJ, Tennessee, and Violet/Louis as they are crossing a bridge. She wants her brother to join her in death. When the others stop him from doing so, she impulsively opens fire on them and leads a herd onto the bridge. Using it as camouflage, she gets close to Clementine and gets into a fight with her. Minerva slices Clementine's calf with an axe, before getting shot and devoured. Her actions result in the death of either Tennessee, or Violet/Louis, depending on who you saved in "Suffer The Children". (Broken Toys & Take Us Back)

  • Reina Torres leads a group called the Family and orders raids on Anderson Camp, leading to the deaths of many members of the camp. However, after a more threatening group known as the Brigade show up and wipe out the Family, Reina joins the group of heroes.
  • The Brigade are lead by Hurst to attack Anderson Camp and burn it down, resulting in the death of Heather. After Hurst is successfully assassinated, it's revealed the real leader of the Brigade is a man named Patterson.

  • A group of bank robbers get into a shootout with Rick, Shane, and other police officers at the scene. While two of the criminals are eliminated, a third one remains hidden in the car and goes unnoticed by the officers. He eventually emerges and shoots Rick in the back, putting him in a coma. The criminal is shot and killed almost immediately afterwards by Shane. (Days Gone Bye)
  • Merle Dixon, the older brother of Daryl Dixon, becomes hostile while on a supply run in Atlanta and endangers the entire group by wildly shooting at walkers and savagely beats T-Dog and threatens the group. He is then handcuffed by Rick to a piece of metal to prevent him from acting out again and he is eventually left behind by the group after T-Dog accidentally drops the key to his handcuffs, forcing him to amputate his own hand to escape. (Guts, Tell It to the Frogs)
  • Ed Peletier physically, verbally and possibly sexually abuses his wife Carol and his daughter Sophia, causing them both to fear him. Ed starts an unprovoked argument with the women of the camp whom he often verbally harasses as well and threatens to hit Andrea Harrison before smacking his wife for refusing to leave with him. As a result of his behavior and accumulated, unrelated rage from Shane, Ed is brutally beaten up by Shane. (Tell It to the Frogs) Ed is left injured in his tent which he stubbornly chooses to remain in, and is later napping when he is awakened by rustling outside his tent. Once he opens up the tent to demand to be left alone, he is promptly attacked by a group of walkers and devoured. (Vatos) The next morning, while preventing her husband from reanimating, Carol takes her rage over his behavior out on Ed's corpse by repeatedly smashing his head in with a pickaxe. (Wildfire)
  • The Vatos Gang, a large gang of survivors led by Guillermo and including Miguel, Jorge and Felipe kidnap Glenn after they attempt to steal Rick's bag of guns and Guillermo later threatens to kill Glenn unless he gets Miguel back, whom Rick, Daryl and T-Dog take as a hostage. Before the three plan to engage the Vatos, it is revealed that the Vatos are actually based in a nursing home and protect the elderly residents, who were previously abandoned by the staff from walkers and have not harmed Glenn at all and only wanted the guns to as protect their people. Out of respect for their intentions, Rick gives Guillermo half of his guns and ammo and they part ways on good terms. (Vatos)
  • Shane Walsh, the leader of the Atlanta camp, loses his leadership position and love affair with Lori Grimes when his former partner and Lori's husband Rick returns. He is seen aiming his shotgun at him after Rick insults him, possibly with the intent of killing him. (Wildfire) He also attempts to force himself on to Lori while at the CDC. (TS-19) While on a supply run to retrieve medical supplies to save Carl's life after he is shot, Shane shoots his ally Otis in the leg and sacrifices him to the walkers in order to escape, showing no remorse and later lying to the group about it. (Save the Last One, Cherokee Rose) He later threatens to kill Dale Horvath when he confronts Shane over Otis' death and his attempt to kill Rick. (Secrets) After leading the group in a massacre of the walkers in Hershel Greene's barn and discovering Sophia Peletier as a walker, he attempts to attack Hershel and accuses him of lying to the group. (Nebraska) Shane later gets into a brutal fight over the life of Randall with Rick and almost causes both their deaths. (18 Miles Out) In a final attempt to win Lori back and be leader of the group once again, he takes Randall into the woods and brutally murders him as bait to lure out Rick to kill him once and for all though Rick kills him first. (Better Angels)
  • Dave and Tony, two members of a large group of hostile bandits known only as "The Living" encounter Rick, Glenn Rhee, and Hershel in a bar and eventually obtain information on Hershel's farm and attempt to convince them to allow their group to enter it. When Rick refuses, Tony becomes hostile and threatens to kill the three of them and take over the farm. After being refused again, Dave attempts to shoot Rick, though he is killed before he does and Rick then kills Tony. (Nebraska) Following this, three other members of their group, Nate, Sean, and Randall, unsuccessfully attempt to kill Rick, Glenn, and Hershel to avenge Dave and Tony's deaths. (Triggerfinger)
  • Tomas, the leader of the Prisoners, brutally murders Big Tiny and attempts to kill Rick twice in order to reclaim the prison for himself and his fellow prisoners, though Rick kills him for doing so. (Sick)
  • Andrew, Tomas' right hand man, intentionally leads walkers into the prison after being left to die by Rick in order to avenge Tomas and to reclaim the Prison for himself and Axel, and Oscar. He personally attempts to kill Rick, but is stopped and killed by Oscar, however his actions lead to the deaths of both T-Dog and Lori. (Killer Within)
  • The Governor, the leader of Woodbury, kills a group of National Guard Soldiers in order to steal supplies, has Lieutenant Welles decapitated, later sends his lieutenant Merle Dixon to hunt down and kill Michonne Hawthorne, brutally interrogates Maggie Greene, and later leads Woodbury in a war to annihilate everyone in Rick's group following their attack on Woodbury. He personally kills Axel, Merle, Milton Mamet, causes the death of Andrea, and slaughters almost all the Woodbury army members after they refuse to aid him in his quest to destroy the Survivors. (Season 3) The Governor then finds himself in company again of a large group, where he kills the leader and his former right-hand man, Caesar Martinez and later Pete Dolgen in order to be leader of the camp. He later forcefully captures Michonne and Hershel to use as hostages. The Governor then returns to the prison with a new army including Alisha, Tara Chambler, and Mitch Dolgen and threatens Rick that his group will be killed if they do not leave. When Rick refuses and offers for the groups to live in peace, the Governor violently kills Hershel by decapitating him. He then orders his group to slaughter every survivor in the Prison which leads to the deaths of many prison survivors, complete extermination of the Governor's own army except for Tara, and the overall ruin of the prison itself. The Governor also gets into a final physical confrontation with Rick and nearly strangles him to death before he himself is impaled by Michonne, to be later shot in the head by Lilly. (Season 4)
  • The Claimers, a dangerous group of marauders led by Joe, and including Tony, Len, Harley, Billy, Dan, and Lou, intrudes the house where Rick, Michonne, and Carl are staying and search for necessities while Michonne and Carl are off on a supply run. They are heard beating a man to death and planning to ambush Michonne and Carl when they return from their run and possibly rape her. They later start hunting down Rick after he kills Lou in order to escape from the house. Len later personally attempts to frame Daryl for breaking the group's rules in order for him to be killed, although he himself is killed for lying. When the group finally catches Rick, Michonne and Carl, they attempt to beat Daryl to death for being a liar and Dan attempts to rape Carl and Joe promises Rick he will personally kill him once Daryl, Michonne, and Carl are all killed, though the entire group is stopped and killed by Rick, Daryl, and Michonne.   • Lizzie Samuels is a mentally unstable young girl who is unable to perceive the dangers of Walkers and views them as just being "different" and still alive. She later kills her own sister, Mika Samuels, in an attempt to prove that the Walkers are still people and also planned to kill Judith Grimes as well, however she is stopped by Carol and Tyreese. After realizing that no one is safe around Lizzie due to her inability to perceive the difference between the living and the dead, Carol is forced to kill her by shooting her in the head. (The Grove)
  • The Hunters, a group of cannibalistic people led by Gareth and including Martin, Mary, Theresa, Albert, Mike, Alex, and Greg and many others lure survivors to their compound, Terminus, by promising them sanctuary but hold them captive once they refuse to join them and accept cannibalism, take their supplies, brutally slaughter them and use them for food. The group holds almost every member of Rick's group hostage and almost slaughter Rick, Glenn, Bob and Daryl after killing four other innocent survivors, including Sam, however they are saved at the last minute by Carol. (A, No Sanctuary) After the fall of Terminus, the surviving residents gather up and begin stalking and hunting the Survivors, wanting to get revenge on them and eat them. They kidnap Bob and amputate his leg for food, and they later threaten several members of the Survivors in a church, though the entire group is slaughtered by Rick's group. (Strangers, Four Walls and a Roof)
  • The police officers led by Dawn Lerner stationed at Grady Memorial Hospital kidnap people and force them to do work for them, stating that they "owe" the officers for "saving them" from the zombies and they need to keep things as they do for when "help" comes to restore and rebuild the world to how it was before. They kill the injured and sick people that don't recover or will require too many resources to help and keep others captive, forbidding them to leave and pursuing the ones that escape. Their actions lead to various officers and patients deaths, Carol Peletier's accident and Dawn personally but accidentally kills Beth Greene. (Slabtown, Consumed, Crossed, Coda)
  • Nicholas, a supply runner of the Alexandria-Safe Zone leaves Aiden Monroe behind to die when he is trapped following a grenade explosion and later causes the death of Noah shortly after to save his own life. (Spend) He later stalks Glenn and tries to kill him in a fight in order to prevent the truth of his actions coming out to the public though Glenn spares him after beating him in the fight and Nicholas renounces his vendetta against Glenn. (Conquer)
  • Pete Anderson abuses his wife Jessie and his son Sam, causing them physical and psychological damage, and tries to kill Rick after he convinces his wife to stand up to him. He later tries to kill him again but ends up drunkenly killing Reg Monroe, causing his own demise in the process. (Spend, Try, Conquer)
  • Carter conspires to overthrow Rick and contemplates killing Eugene when the latter overhears him doing so though Rick stops him and threatens him. Later, Carter makes peace with him but is mortally wounded by a walker and is put down by Rick. (First Time Again)
  • Ron Anderson, the son of Pete and Jessie Anderson develops a grudge against the Grimes family because of Pete's execution by Rick and Carl's growing relationship with Enid. He personally tries to assassinate Carl, but fails. Later, after witnessing his mother and brother's deaths, he aims at Rick to kill him, blaming him for what happened to his family, which causes his death at the hands of Michonne, but not before he fires a stray bullet that takes out Carl's right eye. (Start to Finish, No Way Out)
  • A violent group of scavengers known as the Wolves, led by Owen, attacks and destroys Shirewilt Estates and slaughters every survivor, including Noah's family. (What Happened and What's Going On) Owen and Edward later attempt to kill Morgan Jones, and their traps almost cause the deaths of both Daryl Dixon and Aaron. Owen later slits a man's throat to throw him in a trailer of walkers which his group has done to numerous other survivors as well in the order to steal their supplies and use their corpses as traps for other survivors. (Conquer) The Wolves later attack the Alexandria Safe Zone, slaughtering numerous survivors in order to steal their supplies. (JSS) They also attempt to kill Rick while he is parked on the roadside in an RV. (Thank You) Owen, once taken captive by Morgan threatens that if his wound does not kill him, he will slaughter all the remaining survivors in the safe zone, children included. (Here's Not Here) Eventually Owen manages to escape from his cell after knocking Morgan unconscious and takes Denise Cloyd as a hostage. (Start to Finish) However, despite redeeming himself while with Denise, Owen is shot twice by Carol and devoured by walkers, reanimates, and is finally put down by Morgan. (No Way Out)
  • Ethan, a food exchanger of the Hilltop Colony, becomes hostile against the residents after his brother Craig was taken as hostage by the Saviors. He was forced to an attempted assassination of Gregory, the leader of the community. But before he could end his work, he was killed by Rick due to self-defense after he tried to kill him when the latter attempts to stop him. (Knots Untie)
  • The Saviors, a vast, powerful organization while under Negan Smith's leadership acted as hostile extortionists who subjugated numerous communities to their will and threatened them with death if they did not provide supplies for them; communities including the Kingdom, the Hilltop, the Alexandria Safe Zone and the Oceanside. They personally killed numerous innocent survivors as a show of force, to send a message and as punishment, including Rory, Tim, Marsha, Denise Cloyd, Abraham Ford, Glenn Rhee, Spencer Monroe, Olivia, Benjamin and also all male survivors, including young boys, from the Oceanside. Following a rebellion by the Alexandria Safe Zone, the Hilltop and the Kingdom, the Saviors declared war on the three communities. (Season 6 & Season 7) Over the course of the war, the Saviors killed numerous members of the Militia including Andy, Freddie, Francine, Eric, Daniel, Alvaro, Neil, and exterminated nearly the entire Kingdom army and attempted to capture Rick, Ezekiel and Maggie alive to be killed by Negan. After escaping the Sanctuary with the help of Eugene, the Saviors reclaimed their subjugated communities and destroyed Alexandria and Simon personally exterminated all of the Scavengers for their betrayal of the Saviors except for Jadis. After Negan was kidnapped by Jadis, Simon took over as the de-facto leader of the Saviors and lead them in an assault on the Hilltop using walker-coated weapons. They were able to infect numerous Hilltop residents and cause them to die and turn and kill many others. After killing Simon, Negan tricks Dwight into giving the Militia false information to lead them into a trap in order to exterminate them and nearly succeeds, however thanks to Eugene tampering with the weapons, the Saviors are defeated and Negan is injured by Rick and taken prisoner. The Saviors then renounce their antagonistic ways and become a new community under new a new leadership. (Season 8) But some Saviors such as Justin, Jed, Regina, D.J., Norris, and many other Saviors still display hostilities towards other members of the communities following after being assigned to assist in construction of a bridge and later the deaths of Justin and eight of their fellow Saviors at the hands of Oceanside. (Season 9) Six years after the apparent death of Rick Grimes, the Saviors have disbanded completely with the Sanctuary having gone "bust." Many former Saviors have joined the other communities, including D.J. and Laura who live in Alexandria. The only remaining known active Saviors are Jed's group before they are killed by Carol Peletier in retaliation for ambushing her and her son. (Who Are You Now?) After protecting Lydia and accidentally killing Margo, Negan escapes and joins the Whisperers. However, it later turns out that Negan was working with Carol to infiltrate the Whisperers and kill their leader Alpha. (Season 10)
  • Spencer Monroe develops a hatred for Rick, blaming him for all the tragedies that have occurred as a result of the Saviors. He reveals that he wants him dead so he can be the leader of Alexandria instead and personally tries to convince Negan to kill him though instead Negan kills him for not having any guts to do it himself. (Service, Sing Me a Song, Hearts Still Beating)
  • The Scavengers, a large group of survivors situated in a junkyard and led by Jadis initially make a deal with Rick to help fight against the Saviors in exchange for weapons, however, Jadis betrays Rick and Alexandria by informing Negan of their plans to fight him and the Saviors and she and her entire group become allies to the Saviors in exchange for a better deal than what Rick offered. They assist in overpowering Alexandria's survivors and later fight alongside the Saviors, killing several Alexandrians. (New Best Friends, The First Day of the Rest of Your Life) They later refuse to rejoin Rick and the Militia and hold Rick hostage and almost feed him alive to an armored walker, however after a struggle Jadis agrees to join him in fighting again. However, very quickly after discovering the Saviors have escaped the Sanctuary, Jadis and her people abandon Rick when the Saviors open fire on them. (The King, the Widow, and Rick, Time for After, How It's Gotta Be) The entire group, except for Jadis, is later exterminated by Simon due to them allying themselves with Rick again and Jadis showing no remorse for her actions. (The Lost and the Plunderers) Jadis, now going by her real name of Anne, is invited to join Alexandria after the war and accepts. (Wrath) After she is suspected of being behind the murders of several Saviors, Anne retreats the Junkyard where its revealed that the Scavengers traded people to another group with a helicopter for supplies. Anne almost does this to Gabriel, but relents and disappears instead. (Warning Signs, The Obliged) After calling for pickup from a mysterious organization known as Civic Republic Military, Anne rescues a badly injured Rick and convinces her allies to take them to parts unknown to save Rick's life. (What Comes After)
  • Gregory, the former leader of the Hilltop Colony, allows his colony to suffer under Negan and the Saviors and refuses to aid the Survivors in fighting them to end the subjugation of his people, and appears to contemplate killing Maggie at one point. During the war between the Militia and the Saviors, Gregory proclaims that the Hilltop stands with the Saviors and threatens that those who do not obey will be exiled from the Hilltop. After the assault on the Sanctuary, he leaves Gabriel behind to die after he comes back to rescue him. After returning to the Hilltop, he is imprisoned with the captured Saviors. (Season 8) Months later, after losing in an election to Maggie, Gregory attempts to manipulate Earl (grieving over the death of his son) to kill Maggie in order to reclaim his leadership position and the latter attempts to do so but is stopped. Gregory himself attempts to stab Maggie after she confronts him, however he is also stopped and hanged on Maggie's orders as punishment for his actions. (A New Beginning)
  • Gunther is a sadistic Savior who captures Ezekiel in the aftermath of the massacre of the Kingdom's army and torments him, ultimately intending to decapitate Ezekiel and put his head on a pike. However, he's killed by Jerry before he can succeed. (Some Guy)
  • Eugene Porter betrays his former group and sides with Negan and the Saviors, becoming the chief engineer for the Sanctuary, as well as one of Negan's lieutenants in order to ensure his own safety and to never live with fear again. He repeatedly refuses to re-join his former allies and eventually helps the Saviors to escape the Sanctuary after they are trapped by the Militia which leads to the Saviors reclaiming their subjugated communities and the destruction of Alexandria. He eventually redeems himself by tampering with the Saviors bullets, allowing the Militia to defeat them and end the war. (Season 7 & Season 8) Following the war, he returns to being a trusted friend and member of the Survivors, renouncing his antagonistic ways entirely.
  • Natania, the former leader of Oceanside resorts to extreme measures in order to protect her group from being discovered by the Saviors by killing any survivor who discovers their camp. She orders for Tara to be killed after she discovers their camp and later refuses to aid Rick and the Militia in fighting the Saviors. She later attempts to assassinate Aaron for trespassing near Oceanside, however she herself is killed by Enid. (Swear, Something They Need, How It's Gotta Be)
  • Jed leads a rebellion made up of disgruntled Saviors, including Regina, D.J., and Norris in response to the deaths of 8 Saviors at the hands of Oceanside. He holds Carol hostage and later returns to the campsite armed, with several other Saviors, all in an attempt to extort guns from the other communities, resulting in a shootout that leaves several Saviors and camp survivors dead. (Warning Signs, The Obliged) Six years later with the Sanctuary gone and the Saviors disbanded, Jed, Regina and at least 7 other former Saviors have become rough raiders to survive, though D.J. has joined Alexandria rather than remain with Jed. Jed's group ambush Carol and Henry whilst the two are on their way to the Hilltop and they rob them and threaten them. Later, in retribution, Carol travels to their camp at night and despite Jed's pleas, burns the entire group alive after covering them with gasoline. (Who Are You Now?)
  • Jocelyn, a former friend of Michonne's, leads a cult-like group of survivors consisting of young, orphaned children whom she trained to become hardened survivors and killers to ensure their survival. She and her group are able to infiltrate the Alexandria Safe Zone, raiding their supplies, killing an Alexandria resident and kidnapping Alexandria's young children, including Judith, to add to their cult. They later capture Daryl and Michonne (while heavily pregnant) and mutilate them by branding them with a "X" on their backs. The children attempt to kill Michonne and injure her, forcing her to kill Jocelyn and slaughter the majority of the group of children too. (Scars)
  • The Whisperers, a dangerous and mysterious cult of primitive survivors led by Alpha and her second-in-command, Beta, attempt to hunt down and kill Eugene and Rosita by chasing them with a herd under their direction and they later kill Paul "Jesus" Rovia in a cemetery and attempt to kill his allies, Eugene, Daryl, Michonne, Aaron, Yumiko Okumura and Magna. After Alpha's daughter Lydia is kidnapped by the group and returned to her in exchange for Alden and Luke Abrams, Henry soon follows to save Lydia from her abusive mother and Daryl and Connie rescue the two by launching an attack on the Whisperers' camp. After Henry, Connie and Daryl defeat a group of Whisperers led by Beta to retrieve Lydia, Alpha attacks a convoy from the Hilltop and assumes the identity of a slain resident and infiltrates the Kingdom while the Coalition celebrates a fair. There she secretly kidnaps Henry, Tara, Enid, Tammy Rose Sutton, Frankie, Adeline and Rodney and brutally slaughters them along with D.J., Ozzy and Alek and uses their decapitated heads to mark the Whisperers' territory boundary. She also threatens Daryl that she will unleash a horde of thousands of walkers upon all the communities if they cross into her lands again. (Season 9) Despite the territorial boundaries, it is revealed that Alpha's true intention is to destroy the communities entirely as she entrusted Dante, a newcomer of her group to pose as an innocent survivor in order to infiltrate Alexandria to gather her information and to sabotage the community from within, causing many deaths including Siddiq. Alpha also extends her territorial boundaries as punishment for the Coalition crossing her border three times and also sends a Whisperer to trap and kill Carol as revenge for her defiance and reckless attempt to shoot her. In order to destroy the communities, Alpha orders Gamma, her third-in-command to poison the water supply that the communities rely on and the Whisperers have also secretly been sicking herds of walkers on both Alexandria and the Hilltop to slowly wear them out. Alpha later personally lures Carol, Daryl, Connie, Kelly, Aaron, Jerry and Magna into an underground cave containing her massive horde in order for them all to be killed. In order to retrieve Mary and have her punished for her betrayal, Beta personally infiltrates Alexandria through a secret underground tunnel and is able to slaughter numerous Alexandria residents, including Laura. The Whisperers later launch a massive attack on the Hilltop, destroying it and killing many of the residents and Coalition members and Beta later personally slaughters Mary. However, Alpha is subsequently killed by Negan who had infiltrated the Whisperers while working with Carol. Beta nonetheless continues the Whisperers' war against the survivors, gathering a massive horde that lays siege to the Tower. During an effort to lead the horde away, the remaining Whisperers are killed by a group led by Daryl. During a fight with Negan, Beta is blinded by Daryl and devoured by his own horde. The horde is then led off of a cliff by Carol and Lydia, ending the threat of the Whisperers for good. (Season 10)
  • The Highwaymen, a somewhat hostile group of extortionists kidnap Jerry and send a list of demands back to the Kingdom. However, unlike other groups such as the Saviors, the Highwaymen are not inherently malicious and are more amenable and willing to negotiate. Instead of a fight, Carol negotiates a deal with the Highwaymen to protect the area around the Kingdom in exchange for joining the trade fair and becoming part of the gathered communities. Carol even sweetens the deal by offering to have them watch a movie which causes the group to accept the deal and help escort a delegation from Hilltop to the Kingdom. (Chokepoint) The Highwaymen subsequently renounce their antagonistic ways and become allies of the communities and members of the Coalition. (The Calm Before)
  • Margo, a member of the Highwaymen becomes embittered following Ozzy and Alek's slaughter at the hands of Alpha and develops a hatred for her daughter, Lydia and she, alongside Gage and Alfred taunt her. After Lydia mocks the three of them, Margo threatens Lydia and tries to force her to leave Alexandria though she refuses. The three then brutally beat her possibly with the intent of killing her, however Negan intervenes and kills Margo accidentally. (Silence the Whisperers)
  • Brandon, a member of the Alexandria Safe Zone aids Negan after he is released from his cell and later brutally murders Amelia and Milo in order to prove himself to Negan as a true Savior, despite being dismissed earlier. He is then killed shortly after by his idol, who wanted to help the innocent survivors. (What It Always Is)
  • Dante is secretly a Whisperer spy that attempts to help Alpha destroy Alexandria by various acts of sabotage, which include painting "Silence the Whispers" graffiti all over town, bending the handle on the water valve, and murdering Cheryl. He also poisons a captured Whisperer before the latter can give any information to the Alexandrians and strangles Siddiq to death after the latter realizes his true identity. (Open Your Eyes) He then attempts to murder Rosita when she discovers him, but she manages to overpower him. Ultimately, he is stabbed to death by Gabriel in revenge for Siddiq's death. (The World Before) It is later revealed that Dante secretly helped his group construct a secret underground tunnel leading into Alexandria and this allows Beta to enter undetected and slaughter numerous Alexandria residents while attempting to retrieve Mary. (Stalker)
  • Virgil, a lone survivor is caught attempting to steal supplies from Oceanside and is apprehended. To make up for his actions, he promises to lead Michonne to weapons on Bloodsworth Island that could be used against the Whisperers and their horde. (The World Before) However, Virgil turns out to be lying and instead lures Michonne to the island to help deal with his zombified family, which she agrees to do along with all of the zombified residents of the island. After Michonne discovers that Virgil had locked everyone into the naval base and caused numerous deaths, he drugs her. However Michonne breaks free and frees the others captives, but she stops them from killing Virgil who claimed that he had intended to release the people himself but wanted Michonne's help to ensure they wouldn't kill him. Virgil helps the group repair a boat to leave the island, but refuses their offers to join them, instead staying on the island by himself due to a promise to his wife. (What We Become) He later finds Connie alive near Oceanside (A Certain Doom) and eventually joins Alexandria after Connie's friends find them. (On the Inside, For Blood)
  • The Reapers, a group of hostile raiders and bandits, attack Maggie's group in Tennessee for no apparent reason other than being "marked" by their leader, Pope, and follow her and her surviving group members to Virginia to finish them off. The Attacker, a member of the group, attacks and destroys her group's camp and, using a sniper rifle and stealth, is able to kill more members of Maggie's group. He nearly succeeds in killing Maggie herself, but is injured and surrounded by Maggie's friends. The Reaper commits suicide by blowing himself up with a grenade rather than revealing any information about his group. (Home Sweet Home)
  • Mays imprisons his own brother, sister-in-law, and niece and forces them to play Russian Roulette as punishment for attempting to steal his food. This results in the death of his brother's family. He later forces Gabriel and Aaron to play Russian Roulette as well, but they manage to talk him down and convince him to release them. Despite Mays showing remorse for his actions, Gabriel still kills him, as he believes Mays to be too dangerous to take with them. (One More)
  • Valak's Vipers, a motorcycle gang led by Craven, roam the roads at night and prey upon other survivors to steal their supplies. They capture Negan and interrogate him, forcing him to reveal the location of the medical caravan that helped him retrieve cancer drugs for his wife. The gang capture the caravan survivors and violently interrogate Franklin for the location of their stockpile, but before they can do worse, Negan comes back and kills the gang, including Craven. (Here's Negan)
  • The Ferals, a cannibalistic group of insane, primitive survivors chase Virgil and Connie and lure them to a house in order to trap, kill and eat them. However Connie is able to kill a majority of them by luring Walkers into the house and they are finished off by Kelly to protect Connie. (On the Inside)
  • Sebastian Milton, the son of Governor Pamela Milton, antagonizes Eugene, causing Eugene to punch him in the face and get arrested. (Promises Broken) He later takes credit for Daryl's capture of Tyler Davis. (New Haunts) By threatening their kids, Sebastian is able to force Daryl and Rosita to perform a heist for him and they learn that Sebastian's greed had gotten 30 to 40 innocent people killed on the same mission before them. (The Rotten Core) After Max and Eugene expose his true views on the people of the Commonwealth, Sebastian tries to feed Max to a walker in revenge. However, Eugene throws the walker off of Max and onto Sebastian, resulting in his death. Due to Sebastian's greed and mistreatment of the people of the Commonwealth, no one raises a finger to help him despite a crowd surrounding Sebastian as he struggles with and is ultimately killed by the walker. (A New Deal) He is subsequently allowed to reanimate by his mother who forces Lance to feed the undead Sebastian Roman Calhoun's corpse. (Variant) After finding the zombified Sebastian, Daryl puts him down and Lance smashes his head open, leaving his lucky coin as a calling card in the remains of his brain. (What's Been Lost)
  • Tyler Davis, a former soldier for the Commonwealth Army, interrupted and lashed out during a ceremony hosted by Pamela Milton and later held Max at knifepoint, who he later lets go of before fleeing. He is eventually caught by Daryl, who stops him from trying to kill himself. Daryl later hands him over to Sebastian Milton to turn him in. (New Haunts) Tyler later mysteriously disappears from the Commonwealth Hospital. (Rogue Element) Tyler is later found at the Commonwealth labor camp at Alexandria where he joins Ezekiel and Negan's revolt. (Faith) After being liberated, Tyler joins the Coalition and expresses remorse for his actions before being killed in the gunfight with Pamela's men. (Family)
  • Moto is a drug dealer who grows poppies and produces opium for the Commonwealth's hospitals. However, Carol discovers that Moto has been mistreating his workers by stealing their raises and beating them to keep quiet about it. For this, he is taken into custody by Lance Hornsby. (Rogue Element)
  • Lance Hornsby manipulates Eugene into revealing information about his community by introducing him to Shira, who poses as Stephanie. Eugene, however, discovers the truth when Stephanie suddenly goes missing. (Rogue Element) Lance later sends Toby Carlson to attack Riverbend (Warlords-The Rotten Core) and forces his way into the Hilltop for an inspection, intimidating Hershel Rhee. He later hires Leah Shaw as an assassin against Maggie for refusing to let Hilltop become part of the Commonwealth and helping the Riverbend residents escape. (Trust) Lance's assassination attempt fails and he seizes control of Alexandria, the Hilltop and Oceanside, possibly massacring the latter. (Acts of God) After chasing Daryl's group, (Lockdown) Lance is arrested when his crimes are exposed to Pamela Milton by Carol and Negan. However, even from behind bars, Lance is able to have Shira and Roman Calhoun murder ten Commonwealth janitors, leaving them to reanimate and attack the other residents of the Commonwealth, resulting in several deaths, including Sebastian. (A New Deal) Lance later admits to Pamela that the walker attack was meant to get her attention, although he insists that he never intended for Sebastian to die. (Variant) After their friends vanish, Daryl and Carol break Lance out of jail in order to find them. After Lance gives them the information that they need, Daryl and Carol attempt to exile Lance, unwilling to listen to his manipulations anymore. Instead, Lance grabs a gun, prompting Carol to kill him with an arrow to the neck. (What's Been Lost) Lamce subsequently reanimates, but he is eventually put down by Maggie. (Rest in Peace)
  • Shira is a spy for Lance Hornsby who spies upon Eugene and his group in the guise of "Stephanie". (Acheron: Part II, On the Inside, Promises Broken, Rogue Element) Shira later chases after Carol and the children under her protection alongside Roman Calhoun. (Lockdown) On the orders of Lance, Shira and Roman murder ten Commonwealth janitors and leave them to reanimate, resulting in the deaths of several Commonwealth residents, including Sebastian. (A New Deal)
  • Toby Carlson is sent as an assassin by Lance to Riverbend to find a missing weapons' convoy. Toby murders the leader Ian and relentlessly hunts the survivors through the building, throwing six of them off of the roof when they won't give him the answers that he wants. Eventually, Toby is cornered on the roof by Aaron, Gabriel, Elijah, Maggie and Annie. Aaron shoots Toby, sending him falling off of the roof and causing Toby to break his back. Toby is then devoured by his own reanimated victims. (Warlords-The Rotten Core)
  • The Commonwealth Army, under the command of Lance Hornsby, slaughters many of the residents of Riverbend (Warlords-The Rotten Core) and forces an inspection of the Hilltop for the missing Riverbend survivors and their missing weapons' shipment. (Trust) A number of soldiers help Lance in his attempts to assassinate Maggie, Daryl, Gabriel and Aaron and to take over Alexandria, the Hilltop and Oceanside. (Acts of God) After a fight with Daryl's group that leaves several more soldiers dead, (Lockdown) they are ordered to stand down by Mercer and Pamela Milton who arrest Lance for his crimes. (A New Deal)
  • Leah Shaw is Daryl Dixon's former lover (Find Me) and the former second-in-command of the Reapers. After killing her leader Pope, Leah leads the Reapers in an attempt to kill Maggie, Daryl, Gabriel, Negan and Elijah, only to have her family slaughtered by Maggie with Leah only escaping because Daryl spares her life. (Rendition-No Other Way) Five and a half months later, Leah ambushes a Commonwealth weapons' convoy, murdering the soldiers manning it and stealing the weapons, (The Rotten Core) causing the events at Riverbend. (Warlords-The Rotten Core) When Lance Hornsby catches up to Leah two weeks later, she ambushes his group of soldiers until Lance offers Leah a job. (Trust) Leah agrees to assassinate Maggie for Lance, wanting her own revenge for Maggie's massacre of the Reapers. Leah kills Marco and captures Maggie, but Daryl shoots Leah dead in order to save Maggie. (Acts of God)
  • Pamela Milton is the corrupt governor of the Commonwealth who causes hundreds of people to disappear into her labor camps, and draws herds to the walls as a scare tactic amongst other crimes. After the death of her son, Pamela has the Coalition rounded up and enslaved, shoots and nearly kills Judith and is willing to sacrifice thousands of people just to save herself and the Commonwealth's elite. After being overthrown, Pamela is arrested by Michael Mercer for high crimes against the people of the Commonwealth and imprisoned for her actions. (Season 11)
  • The Warden is the sadistic leader of the Commonwealth labor camp at Alexandria, ruling his prisoners through fear and dehumanizing them by refusing to allow the prisoners to use their real names. (Outpost 22) Negan and Ezekiel build a prisoner uprising against the Warden, but he prepares to execute Negan and Annie as an example. Ezekiel and a number of prisoners stand in the soldiers' way and Ezekiel is able to convince most of them to stand down. Roberts kills Sanborn when he refuses to and Daryl subdues the Warden after he tries to escape by taking Kelly hostage. Finding her daughter missing, an enraged Rosita feeds the Warden to a reanimated Sanborn after he refuses to tell her where to find Coco and only taunts Rosita. (Faith)

Fear the Walking Dead[]

  • Calvin attempted to kill Nick in fear that Nick would tell the cops about his drug dealing. Nick shot Calvin in self-defense, but he reanimated and his zombie became a danger to the returning Nick, Madison and Travis who didn't know what they were dealing with or how to put him down. (Pilot)
  • Lieutenant Moyers and the band of National Guardsmen under his command who persecuted the citizens of Safe Zone India with military dictatorship. He was presumably devoured by walkers after his soldiers left him behind. (Not Fade Away, Cobalt)
  • Andrew Adams tries to get revenge against Daniel by attempting to kill him and shooting Ofelia in the arm for interfering. After being beaten into submission by Travis, his fate is unknown. (The Good Man)
  • A group of pirates led by Connor try to overtake the Abigail and take Alicia and Travis. Connor was later bitten to death by his undead brother Reed. (Monster, Blood in the Streets, Captive)
  • Celia Flores poisons people and keeps the undead in her cellar. She was later burned in this cellar by Daniel after Madison pushed her into the cellar to be devoured by the undead she kept there. (Sicut Cervus, Shiva)
  • Christopher Manawa threatens to kill Alicia Clark. Later, after joining Brandon's group, he kills Elías Suarez in his farm and helps Brandon to kill James by stopping his father who tried to prevent it. Finally, he was killed by Brandon after a car accident. (Date of Death)
  • Brandon and Derek killed Chris, considering him a liability. They were killed by Travis after telling him the truth about his son's fate. (Wrath)
  • Marco and his gang abuse and mistreat the Colonia survivors in exchange of Oxy, killing whoever opposes them, no matter their age or gender. The gang falls when an infected Alejandro sets a massive herd upon them, resulting in the gang becoming walkers themselves. (Los Muertos, Pillar of Salt, Wrath, North)
  • Andrés tries to kill Travis in retribution for his brother's death. He is killed by Alicia Clark to save Travis. (North)
  • Hector Reyes helps Andrés in his attempt to kill Travis. After Andrés is killed, he attacks and tries to kill Alicia. Victor intervenes and prevents this. After the Rosarito Beach Hotel overrun, his status is unknown. (North)
  • Dante Esquivel runs the Gonzalez Dam, locked Victor Strand in the cell and throws people off the side of said dam until his death at the hands of Daniel Salazar. (TEOTWAWKI, 100)
  • Native Americans led by Qaletaqa Walker wanted to kill the people at Broke Jaw Ranch to reclaim their lands. They have shot down a helicopter with Travis, Charlene, Luciana, Alicia and Jake causing deaths of the former two. Later, they tied Phil to chair and fed him to crows to punish him for the deaths of his two own men. After the death of Jeremiah, the natives form an uneasy peace with the ranch residents, settling down until a herd attack kills everyone on the ranch but Alicia. The remaining two natives, Qaletaqa and Crazy Dog remain friendly with the surviving ranch residents and aid Nick Clark against Proctor John and his forces. (Season 3)
  • Jeremiah Otto refused to make peace with the Black Hat, and threatens the safety of both them and the people of the ranch due to his racism, hate and pride. He also left Ofelia Salazar in the desert because 'brown people' aren't welcome at the ranch. He was killed by Nick Clark to save the ranch. (The Unveiling, Children of Wrath)
  • Troy Otto is the son of Jeremiah Otto and a high-ranking member of his militia. Due to his own beliefs, Troy is initially an antagonist towards the Clark family when they encounter him, but he befriends Nick Clark and the two develop a brotherly bond. Troy's attempted rebellion following the death of his father gets him exiled from the ranch, but he later retaliates by luring a herd in to destroy the ranch. Troy's actions lead to the deaths of almost everyone living on the ranch, including his own brother though he tries to make things right with Nick. After Madison Clark discovers the truth, she incapacitates Troy in an attempt to avenge all of the people that he murdered. (Season 3)
  • Proctor John, the leader of the Proctors, runs El Bazar. He leads an attack on the Gonzalez Dam that kills the workers and murders Lola Guerrero. After Nick Clark destroys the dam, his fate is unknown. (Things Bad Begun, Sleigh Ride)
  • Leland and his group of bandits try to steal Althea's SWAT vehicle. After a small fight between the bandits and Althea, along with her new allies Morgan Jones and John Dorie, the bandits are killed by the walkers attracted by the gunshots. (What's Your Story?)
  • The Vultures, a hostile gang of bandits and scavengers led by Melvin, approach settlements and orchestrate circumstances that eventually lead to the deaths of all the settlement members in order for the group to take all of their supplies and resources for themselves. They also herd walkers into secure locations to act as traps for other survivors. (Season 4) The group eventually discovers the Dell Diamond Baseball Stadium and send Charlie, one of their spies to infiltrate it. After a period of time, Melvin personally confronts Madison and offers her the choice of joining him and his people or them simply waiting for them all to die. Regardless of her decision, Melvin threatens they will take everything she and her people have. (Another Day in the Diamond) Ennis, Melvin's brother, then leads a herd to the Dell Diamond Baseball Stadium, killing most of it's members, including Madison. (The Wrong Side of Where You Are Now, No One's Gone) Later on, Nick is shot and killed by Charlie after he kills Ennis, as revenge for his actions. (Good Out Here) They were later all being killed by Victor, Luciana and Alicia to avenge Madison, Nick and the members of Dell Diamond Baseball Stadium. All the members died except for June and Charlie who joined Morgan's Group. (The Wrong Side of Where You Are Now, No One's Gone) Alicia later discovers that many of the stadium's residents actually managed to escape the Vultures' attack thanks to her mother's sacrifice. (Mother)
  • Martha is a former English teacher. During the apocalypse, she and her husband were in the car accident which leaves him impaled. Since no one offered help to her, her husband died and reanimated, forcing her to put him down. This event drove her crazy and she developed a mentality that helping people makes them weak and not helping makes them strong, particularly if they die and turn into walkers. After discovering Polar Bear's supply drops, she begins to kill the truckers, including Stevie, Purvis and several others. (MM 54) When she tries to contact Polar Bear via truck's CB, she accidentally contacts Morgan. After learning about Morgan, she decides to make him and his group "strong". She uses zombified Purvis to kill another survivor named Quinn, who later reanimates and is used in the ambush against Morgan and the others. (Weak) She manages to escape group's captivity and finds zombified Jim, who is later used to attack Althea. She then poisons the group's water with antifreeze before returning to her husband's grave. There she is found by Morgan who attempts to help her, only to have Martha force their car to crash and reveal that she purposefully allowed herself to be bitten. Morgan handcuffs her to the wrecked police car and rushes to the aid of his friends, managing to return in time to save their lives. When Morgan returns to Martha, she has reanimated and escaped the police car by ripping her own arm off. Morgan then puts her down. (... I Lose Myself)
  • Logan and his group take over Wittington's Denim Company after tricking Morgan's group into being as far away as possible. This puts Morgan, Alicia, John, June, Al and Luciana into danger because of a plane crash while they were trying to help Logan. (Here to Help) It's later revealed that Logan is seeking Clayton's journal which points to the location of a place Clayton set up to deal with the problem of gasoline going bad. After they can't find it, Logan's crew abandons him and Logan offers his help to Morgan's group instead. Logan warns that they must find the place before his crew does and they need to work together to do so. (Is Anybody Out There?) After the crew finds Tank Town, they take it over until it is besieged by a herd. After the herd is gone, Logan decides to renounce his antagonistic ways to find a more peaceful way after talking with Sarah. However, Logan, Doris and at least four other members of the group are killed by Virginia and her pioneers, spelling the end of the crew. (Leave What You Don't)
  • Isabelle abducts Al after she examines and films the reanimated corpse of one of their own in order to prevent Al from revealing her group's existence. Al later allows Isabelle to destroy the tape, but Isabelle lets her go instead of killing Al. (Here to Help, The End of Everything)
  • The Pioneers, a vast, powerful group of hostile survivors led by Virginia, execute Logan and his crew, before threatening Morgan's group into working for them, ultimately resulting in Luciana staying behind in Tank Town so the rest of her group can leave. (Leave What You Don't) They try to kill Tom and Janis, but both escape with Janis killing her attacker. When Morgan and Al return to Paradise Ridge to find Janis, they are captured by the group, but later released. As a gesture of goodwill, Virginia has Morgan's staff repaired by Terrence, but fails to convince them to join her. (Today and Tomorrow). As the Caravan starts to run out of fuel, they decide to travel to Humbug's Gulch, but are stopped by a damaged bridge. Virginia and her group show up once more in a jeep and offer Morgan's group a chance to join them in exchange for help, but her offer is declined. In frustration, she and her soldiers fire their guns into the air, intentionally drawing a nearby herd before leaving, causing the death of Tom. (Channel 5) Desperate for supplies, Morgan eventually decides to take Virginia up on her offer, but makes her promise to take in all of his group, which she reluctantly does. The Pioneers forcefully separate Morgan's group from each other, while Morgan himself is left behind and held at gunpoint by Virginia. She tries to kill him, but only manages to wound him, before opting to abandon him to be devoured by walkers. (End of the Line) Having been saved by Dakota, Morgan attempts to rescue his friends from Virginia and defeat her once and for all. After Virginia's coverup of Cameron's murder is revealed, she is deposed and hunted by her own people, but Morgan chooses to exile instead of kill her. Virginia is later killed by June who blames Virginia for Dakota's murder of her husband while the Pioneers fall under Strand's leadership. (The End Is the Beginning-Things Left to Do)
  • Emile LaRoux, a bounty hunter hired by Virginia to hunt down her enemies. Emile decapitates his victims and leaves their reanimated heads for Virginia to find. After going after Morgan Jones, Emile is decapitated by Morgan with his own axe and his reanimated head left for Virginia to find. (The End Is the Beginning) Emile's reanimated head is later retrieved by his identical twin brother Josiah who seeks revenge upon Morgan for his death. (Six Hours) Emile is eventually put down by Sarah Rabinowitz who smashes his reanimated head in half with a shovel, but not before he bites and causes the death of Rufus, his former pet. (Breathe With Me)
  • A doomsday cult led by Theodore Maddox hires Emile LaRoux to hunt down Walter and steal a key to a submarine from him. (The End Is the Beginning) They later track down and attack Morgan Jones over the same key, resulting the death of two of their members. (The Key) The group also intentionally spreads the bubonic plague inside an office building, resulting in the death of numerous survivors inside. (Alaska) Despite initially being ignorant of the Pioneers' existence, the large survivor community quickly becomes a target, and the mysterious group deal them a serious blow by destroying Tank Town. (Bury Her Next to Jasper's Leg) John Dorie Sr. reveals that their ultimate goal is to kill everyone that is still alive. (J.D.) Teddy eventually reveals that his ultimate plan is to use the nuclear missiles onboard the USS Pennsylvania to cause massive destruction. (Mother) Despite the best efforts of Morgan's group, Teddy and Riley succeed in launching one missile which they reveal carries ten warheads which are targeted upon locations in Texas. Morgan and Strand are able to stop the two men from firing any more and Morgan forces them to leave. (USS Pennsylvania) Riley later attempts to work with Rollie to lead part of Morgan's group to their doom, but Daniel deduces the truth and kills Rollie before Charlie fatally wounds Riley when he tries to attack Daniel. Riley dies and later reanimates while Dwight and Sherry kill a cultist terrorizing the Larson family and hobble another so that he dies in one of the nuclear explosions. Teddy takes Dakota to an overlook to ostensibly await their death in the coming destruction, but John Sr. and June arrive to forgive Dakota for her murder of John. In the process, John Sr. discovers a hidden bunker at the location and Teddy is revealed to be planning to wait out the nuclear destruction in it with Dakota before emerging when the dust settles to launch the rest of the Pennsylvania's nuclear missiles in order to finish the job. Convinced that Teddy is only just using her, Dakota kills the insane cult leader while John and June take cover in the bunker. Nevertheless, the cult's ultimate goal is partially successful as nuclear destruction rains down on Texas. (The Beginning) In the bunker, a cultist tries to feed Alicia to a zombified Elias Vazquez, but she manages to kill him and escape. Alicia later takes command of the cult in order to save Will from being fed to Vazquez. (PADRE) However, an unknown event during Alicia's pursuit of PADRE leads to a large number of the cultists dying and reanimating. The survivors split up into one group led by Alicia and another, more volatile group led by Arno. (Follow Me) Subsequently, Will and Strand encounter and put down a number of the reanimated cultists (The Beacon) and Arno captures some more and tries to feed Alicia to them in revenge without success. (Follow Me)
  • Dakota is revealed to be the one to have killed Cameron, due to him telling her sister about Dakota sneaking in and out of Lawton. To cover this up, she shoots John Dorie in the chest after he discovers her crime, killing him. (The Door) Dakota later tries to redeem herself by infiltrating the cult to rescue Alicia, but eventually betrays her in favor of Teddy, thinking she has a better chance at a new life with him then with Morgan's group. (Mother) She later tries to kill Strand, but is knocked out by Morgan. (USS Pennsylvania) John Sr. and June later forgive Dakota for her actions and reveal that Teddy is only using her to launch the rest of the Pennsylvania's nuclear missiles. Enraged, Dakota kills Teddy before allowing herself to die in a nuclear explosion. (The Beginning) After emerging from the bunker a couple of months later, John Sr. discovers that Dakota has reanimated and sorrowfully puts her down with Dakota's own knife. (Cindy Hawkins)
  • Hill acts as an antagonist throughout the sixth season as one of the Pioneers. Later, after being found at John's Cabin, he attempts to kill John Dorie Sr., but he is killed by June. (J.D.)
  • Cole, alongside Vivian and Douglas, turns to robbing and killing other survivors after being rescued by Madison. He and his group see these actions as necessary for their own survival, as they were previously ambushed by another group resulting in the deaths of many of their members. Cole has his group ambush Alicia, Dakota, and Teddy for their supplies. After Cole unsuccessfully tries to interrogate Teddy for the location of his base, he offers Alicia a chance to join his group, but prepares to execute her alongside her companions when she refuses. Luckily, Cole's group is attacked by walkers, the zombified remains of their own victims, leaving Cole as the sole survivor. When Cole still raises his shotgun to kill her nonetheless, Alicia kills him in self-defense before putting down the reanimated Douglas and Vivian. (Mother)
  • Rollie first appears as an antagonist as a member of Logan's Crew before it is destroyed by the Pioneers. (210 Words Per Minute-Leave What You Don't) Later, as a member of the Outcasts, he is an ally of Morgan's group for awhile, (Honey-Handle With Care) but he secretly becomes a spy for the doomsday cult, passing them information about Morgan, his possession of the key and about Morgan's group's attack on the USS Pennsylvania. (The Holding-USS Pennsylvania) Rollie attempts to lead Daniel, Sarah, Charlie, Wes and Jacob to their doom by pretending that Riley is going to lead them to the cult's secret bunker. However, after both Riley and Rollie mention a phoenix, Daniel realizes that Rollie is actually working for the cult and shoots Rollie in the head, killing him. Riley subsequently confirms that Daniel was right about Rollie, explaining that after the incident at Valley Town caused by Daniel, Rollie lost faith in the others and became a spy for the cult. (The Beginning)
  • After Teddy successfully launches ten nuclear warheads, Victor Strand abandons Morgan's way and rebuilds society in a way he sees fit. Fortunate enough to command one of the few clean zones in Texas, he recruits those whom he deems useful, while casting out those he does not. To keep Alicia away, Victor murders Will, Alicia's friend who was looking for her. (The Beacon) Under Victor's command, Howard steals Morgan and Grace's supplies from the USS Pennsylvania, although not before offering Grace and Mo a chance to join Victor. (Six Hours) Victor later has the Larson family murdered by Eli in an effort to get Dwight and Sherry to join him. (Till Death) Although he temporarily admits Morgan into the Tower to treat baby Mo, Victor also has ulterior motives, as he then threatens Morgan to help him find Alicia. Faced with a common enemy, the Stalkers, the two men put their differences aside and work together, and almost mend their relationship. However, this newfound trust is shattered when Victor discovers that it was Morgan who poisoned him. Victor nearly has Morgan killed, but spares him when Grace offers to join the Tower and help clear out the radioactive walkers in exchange for Morgan's life. Strand is content to banish Morgan and raise baby Mo as his own daughter. (The Portrait)
  • The Stalkers attack Will, Victor, and his guards for unknown reasons. (The Beacon) Three of them later lay siege to and eventually break into Teddy's Secret Bunker, but they are killed by John Dorie Sr. (Cindy Hawkins). The Stalkers eventually mount on assault on Strand's Tower, using a makeshift catapult to launch walkers stuffed with explosives at the building. The Stalker's leader, Arno, wishes for him and his people to be granted residency at the Tower. Otherwise, he threatens to destroy it by launching walkers stuffed with pieces on an undetonated nuclear warhead. Fortunately, the Stalkers are driven off by Sarah and Grace when they attack them with the SWAT van. It is later revealed that the Stalkers under Arno are actually a splinter faction of the Doomsday Cult, with the other, non-hostile half of the group being led by Alicia. (The Portrait) The Stalkers have been stripping walkers naked in order to keep Alicia from finding the zombified Elias Vazquez and use him to find PADRE. (PADRE) Due to an event that got a large number of cultists killed while chasing PADRE, Arno wants revenge upon Alicia as well as a new home for his people. To this end, after refusing to join the fight against Strand, Arno chases Alicia and Paul and attempt to feed Alicia to a number of zombified cultists. The fight leaves several Stalkers dead as well as Paul and Arno with a wounded hand. (Follow Me) A group of Stalkers attempt to gain answers from Ali about what Strand wants from the Crater, but they are devoured by walkers. (Mourning Cloak) The Stalkers later capture Daniel, Luciana and Wes and attempt to torture the location of a weapon's cache out of them, manipulating Daniel in his impaired state. The three eventually manage to escape and Daniel kills both Sage and Arno for their actions, although Arno reveals a greater threat before dying. With their leader dead, the rest of the Stalkers are convinced to give up their antagonistic ways and join forces with Morgan and Alicia's groups against Strand and his forces. (Ofelia)
  • Fred and Bea ambush Morgan and Grace and attempt to kidnap baby Mo, delusionally believing that she is their dead daughter Emma. Fred later attempts to kill baby Mo due to believing her to be in pain like his daughter and, thus, wishing to end her suffering in a similar way. Grace kills him in order to save Mo while Morgan puts down the reanimated Emma. (Six Hours)
  • Josiah LaRoux wishes to kill Morgan to avenge his brother, Emile. (Six Hours) He later forces Sarah to work with him to kill Morgan, offering to help find her brother in exchange. Otherwise, Josiah, threatens to find Wendell anyway and kill him. Sarah, however, realizes that Josiah is not a cold-hearted killer like his brother but rather a good man who is mixed up in his grief. After a brief fight that results in Rufus getting bitten and Emile put down, Josiah makes amends with Morgan and apologizes for Emile going after him like he did. (Breathe With Me)
  • Eli and his partner rob other survivors for supplies, leading a confrontation with the Dark Horses that leaves Eli's partner dead and Eli on the run. Eli later murders Kevin, Kim and Briga Larson on Victor Strand's orders in exchange for a place in the Tower. During a later confrontation with Dwight, he is kicked by Dwight's horse on Dwight's signal, leading to Dwight discovering that Eli had murdered his friends on behalf of Strand. Angered, Dwight allows an approaching herd to devour Eli in revenge. (Till Death)
  • Wes defects to Strand's Tower after growing disillusioned with Morgan's group. (Ofelia) Leading a group of Rangers, he later hunts Dwight and Sherry in an effort to retrieve baby Mo. (The Raft) When Alicia and Strand make a deal, he seizes control of the Tower for himself and attempts to enact Strand's original plan to lure a herd of radioactive walkers in to kill everyone outside, including his former friends. After Daniel kills his men, Wes is killed by Strand when he refuses to relent. (Divine Providence)
  • Odessa Sanderson is a PADRE Prefect to Shrike and Ben, particularly after learning the truth behind her mother's death. Odessa attempts to block Mo's attempts to save her mother and, unlike the rest of the Prefects, is perfectly willing to kill Daniel's Resistance despite the fact that some of the Prefects parents are likely amongst the group. Odessa gives up somewhat reluctantly when Morgan, Madison and Daniel convince Ben and the Prefects to stand down. (Remember What They Took From You-All I See Is Red) Odessa subsequently attempts to run away, convinced that Shrike and Ben were right and the adults will just get everyone killed, but she changes her mind after the events at the Sanctuary. Having previously gone by her PADRE given name of "Dove," Odessa reclaims her birth name as part of her new start (Sanctuary) and expresses an interest in learning medicine to help people. (The Road Ahead)
  • Marty and his group of bandits take over the long abandoned Sanctuary, kill Jay's Group and rob Jay of the insulin that he needs to live. After Dwight steals it back from him, Marty chases him back to Dwight's House, shoots or causes Dove to get shot, and chases the group back to the Sanctuary where he tries to feed Dwight to a zombified Phil. However, Dwight overpowers Marty who is devoured by Phil and reanimates while his group falls victim to either a herd or the collapsing Sanctuary. (Sanctuary)

World Beyond[]

  • Under the command of Elizabeth Kublek, the Civic Republic Military slaughter the Campus Colony (Brave) and Omaha, Nebraska (Konsekans) using a variant of chlorine gas. They intend to do the same to Portland, Oregon. (Blood and Lies)
  • Dr. Lyla Belshaw performs experiments on both living and recently deceased test subjects, seemingly killing them and allowing them to reanimate so she can study them. (The Wrong End of a Telescope) She is also responsible for the creation of the chlorine gas that was used to wipe out both the Campus Colony and Omaha. Belshaw is eventually killed by one of her own test subjects on Jadis's orders. (Blood and Lies) Lyla reanimates and becomes one of the CRM's test subjects, but she is later put down by Hope Bennett. (Death and the Dead)
  • Walter takes Hope hostage, thinking that the Endlings are with the CRM. He is eventually talked down and killed by Huck. (Truth or Dare)
  • Jennifer Mallick is revealed to be a spy working for the CRM, and also Elizabeth's daughter. (The Sky Is a Graveyard) It is also revealed that she murdered Tony and shot Percy, framing Silas for the crime. (The Deepest Cut) All of this was done in an effort to separate Hope, who was revealed to be the "asset", from the rest of the Endlings. This culminates in a fight with Felix, in which she nearly kills her former comrade, only to be stopped by Hope, who threatens to kill herself unless she spares him. (In This Life) After becoming suspicious of the CRM's actions, a remorseful Huck begins helping her former friends in their fight against CRM, becoming a mole for them in the organization. (Season 2) Shortly before sacrificing herself to destroy the CRM's chlorine gas, Huck learns that she was also inadvertently responsible for the destruction of Omaha and the Campus Colony, her two year reconnaissance mission having shown the CRM the perfect places to strike. (The Last Light)
  • Brody is a member of the Perimeter's Council who appears to be self-serving and a possible political rival to Indira. At one point, he calls for a vote of no confidence against her which Brody loses. (Who Are You?) After the community comes under threat from the CRM, Brody betrays his own people in order to secure his own future. After he tries to blackmail Huck, she executes Brody with a shot to the head. Brody's self-serving betrayal leads to the deaths of Robin and two other members of the community as well as Dennis Graham being left mortrally wounded. (Returning Point)
  • After catching Silas sneaking into the research facility, Webb attempts to kill him despite their previous friendship and the fact that Silas is trying save Dennis' life. Webb is subdued by Elton and later devoured by the herd that Silas and Elton had brought to the facility as a distraction. (Death and the Dead)
  • Mason Beale is the son of Major General Beale and someone that Hope had quickly befriended upon arriving at the CRM research facility. (Foothold-Blood and Lies) Kidnapped by the Endlings as a vital part of their plan, (Returning Point) Mason is exposed to the truth about the CRM and his father's actions, but he still sides with the CRM. Mason's attempt to escape results in Percy's death for which Mason is unrepentant, stating that Percy and Iris deserved it after what they've done. Hope considers killing her former friend in revenge, but she is talked down by Iris, instead leaving Jadis to rescue Mason from nearby empties. (Death and the Dead)

  • Sandra drugs and kills any strangers that discover her bunker, paranoid that they want to take it from her. (Evie / Joe)
  • Billy leads a gang of raiders and infiltrates Brooke's steamboat as a spy. Although Billy and his men originally intended to simply rob the residents, Billy grows to enjoy life on the steamboat under Brooke's leadership. He, thus, covertly begins killing off residents that he deems undeserving of life on the boat, such as Mr. Langston, in order to make room for the rest of his gang. To his chagrin, he is discovered signaling his men by Dee, forcing him to flee the steamboat. He, however, later returns and takes Brooke and the other residents hostage. He questions them about the whereabouts of Dee and her daughter, and starts killing them off when they don't immediately disclose this information. He also explains to Brooke that he and his gang wish for life on the boat to continue as it was, but with them being in charge, while Brooke would supervise the social events. Billy's plan is spoiled by Dee, who kills two of his men, prompting the other residents to fight back against Billy and the gang. This results in the deaths of both Billy and his gang as well as most of the residents, with Dee, Lydia, and Brooke being the only survivors. (Dee)
  • Arnaud is a serial killer targeting the children of Madawaska, Maine, murders that are blamed upon Davon. After Davon exposes Arnaud's crimes to the townspeople, the vengeful parents of his victims beat him up and throw Arnaud into a pit to be devoured by the undead Greer and David. (Davon)
  • Arnaud's mother Amanda, after discovering her son's crimes, covers it up and protects Arnaud to the point of letting him try to kill her nephew Garen and trying to kill Davon herself. She is accidentally killed by Davon in a fight when he knocks her face first into a tub of acid. After reanimating, she is put down by Davon. (Davon)

  • The Power of the Living performs experiments of some kind upon other survivors, wipes out the nuns at the Abbey of Saint Bernadette, and hunts for Laurent. After their leader is killed by Carol Peletier, many of their forces start working with Losang. (Season 1-Season 2)
  • Maribelle and her grandfather Guillaume con and rob Daryl Dixon. Later, Maribelle lies to Stéphane that Daryl had been the one to kill his brother when she was actually the true killer, setting Stéphane on a path of vengeance against Daryl. (L'âme Perdue)
  • Believing that Daryl had murdered his brother, Stéphane hunts him for revenge, massacring the nuns at the Abbey of Saint Bernadette in his search for him. (L'âme Perdue) He is later assigned by Genet to officially hunt for Daryl. (Paris Sera Toujours Paris) However, when ordered to kill Laurent, Stéphane can't bring himself to harm a child and instead kills the other Guerriers with him, letting Daryl's group go, although Stéphane promises to get his revenge upon Daryl another time. (Coming Home)
  • Dr. LaFleur performs experiments for the Power of the Living, creating a new type of variants known as Ampers with the characteristics of multiple other types of zombies. (Season 1)
  • R.J. Gaines is a man who is dubbed La Tarasque by the kids living at École Maternelle Simone Veil. R.J. raids the nearby village for all of its supplies, kills Julien and imprisons Hérisson in his castle. Needing a horse, Daryl raids the castle for one and medicine for Madame DuBois. Daryl is able to rescue Hérisson and capture RJ as well as get the needed supplies from him. When RJ tries to go for Daryl's gun, their struggle causes RJ to fall into his own walker moat where he's devoured by the herd that RJ had kept there. (Alouette)
  • Quinn kidnaps Laurent in order to draw Isabelle back to him. (La Dame de Fer) However, Quinn later expresses remorse for his actions and sacrifices himself to buy Daryl time to get away and help his ex-girlfriend and son. (Coming Home)
  • Juno antagonizes T.J. and later murders the young man for a quart of fuel. However, after Daryl and Juno are taken aboard the Power of the Living Ship, they are forced to work together to escape. During the escape, Juno is attacked and killed by a Power of the Living test subject. (Deux Amours)
  • Eun rapes Ash Patel in order to forcibly use him as a sperm donor for herself and a reluctant Hanna. Although Eun orders Hanna to kill Carol Peletier, Carol convinces her to betray and kill her friend. Hanna is then killed by Ash who is unaware of this change of heart. (Moulin Rouge)
  • Losang seeks to use Laurent to solidify his power as the leader of the Union of Hope, intending to have him publicly bitten to test the boy's potential immunity to the Wildfire Virus. (Moulin Rouge)
  • Emile Thibault, traumatized from his captivity by the Power of the Living, attempts to murder Daryl, Isabelle and Fallou under the orders of Jacinta. However, he fails and is killed by Isabelle for his betrayal. (Moulin Rouge)

Webisodes[]

  • B.J. kills an unknown amount of his fellow co-workers, keeps Kelly in captivity as sex slave, and attempts to kill Chase. He is decapitated by Kelly before she escapes with Chase. (Cold Storage)
  • Dr. Gale Macones helps people commit suicide, possibly pushing them towards it, at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Before helping Karina die, she tries to feed Paul to her reanimated victims, claiming to Karina that he is near death when she does so. It is unknown if Paul killed her or allowed her to live. (The Oath)
  • Colton attempts to kill Sierra and Gabi after they make it to the tunnel on the US-Mexico border that he and a few other people are using as a bunker. After being stabbed and seriously wounded by Gabi, his fate is unknown while the two women managed to escape. (Passage)
  • Renwick holds Riley, McGuire, and Pierce at gunpoint while attempting to launch the missiles targeted for Chicago. (Dead in the Water)

  • This man intentionally kills Hollie to save his own life. He later attempts to steal the car battery needed for the bus in an attempt to escape from the prison by himself. After Jason and Kara give chase, he is ultimately killed when he loses his balance (and the battery) because of Jason, leading to him being eaten by walkers.
