I followed orders. That's all I'm guilty of, please. It wasn't my decision. If I didn't do it, someone else would have... there was no preventing her exile... I tried to make things right... I tried... What I did was horrible. I admit it. But... please...
―Anthony pleading with the Tourist.[src]

Anthony is an original character in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. He is a member of the Tower.

Pre-Apocalypse[]

Location Unknown[]

Nothing is known about Anthony's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he had a brother named Jeff.

Post-Apocalypse[]

New Orleans, Louisiana[]

Anthony is first mentioned if the Tourist meets his brother, Jeff, outside one of the Tower's bases. By talking with his brother it is possible to start the mission "Brother's Keeper", where Jeff will ask the Tourist to rescue his brother from the Reclaimed, in exchange for some help.

Once they reach the designed location, the Tourist will find Anthony being threatened with his life by Horace Carlisle and his fellow Reclaimed. The Tourist can decide what to do with him: let him be killed by Horace, kill him with his own hand, or let him go by killing all the Reclaimed soldiers.

Later, if the Tourist inspects the Tower's operative base, he can find a letter where Anthony reveals to his brother how he feels tormented by what he did, and how he feels it was a mistake to throw out Violet, among other people.
