Nothing is known about Arnold's life prior to or as the outbreak began. He may have lived in or near the Hilltop.

Nothing is known about Arnold's life after the outbreak began besides that he lives in the Hilltop Colony. When the Saviors attack the Hilltop Colony he is one of the residents wounded by modified weapons.
