Bang Saen Beach, Chon Buri Province is a location seen in The Walking Dead: All-Stars.

Pre-Apocalypse[]

Nothing is known about this location prior to the apocalypse other than it was a Village. The beach was named after two lovers from Chonburi in Thai folklore: Saen (แสน) and Sam Muk (สามมุก) who committed suicide via throwing themselves off a cliff located on the beach. It was also a popular destination due to it's proximity to Pattaya and Bangkok.

Trivia[]

  • It's rather odd that the village would be unaware of what's going on with the rest of the world as despite the fact that it's claimed to be a rather isolated village, Bang Saen Beach is still considered a major fishing village and with their own rather large tourism industry.
    • It's possible that it's really the neighborhood that Arthit is from that is isolated compared to the rest of the village as it's noted to be on the outskirts of the city and located near to the mountains.
    • It should be noted that several characters such as Sima, Anong, and May were shocked when they found out that the Bang Saen Beach residents were unaware of what had happened to the rest of the world.
      • Sima states he came from the city however it is unknown however if was referring to the rest of Bang Saen Beach, Pattaya, or a different city altogether.
      • May traveled by helicopter to the Ambassador City Jomtien and noted the amount of destruction there was below; however, it's unknown if she flew over Bang Saen Beach.
