Alexandria Boy is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone.

Nothing is known about Barbara's son's life before or after the outbreak except that he had a mother and a sister. It is possible he lived in or near Alexandria before the apocalypse. Since Barbara is often seen watching over other peoples children like Judith and is around early 30s she would have to have had children in her mid-teens for this to be her actual child, it is much more likely she was watching somebody elses kids.

Barbara's son is among the several Alexandrians killed during the Saviors' grenade attack on Alexandria, having been unable to evacuate safely into the sewers in time with the other residents.
