Pre-Apocalypse
This was a beach prior to the apocalypse.
Post-Apocalypse
As the outbreak worsened in the United States, many civilians attempted to flee to Mexico for safety. However, the Mexican government sealed the border to the United States, leaving many people stuck on the border crossing, as the Mexican navy blockaded parts of the border with a flotilla. This camp was one place where many fleeing civilians gathered, but the camp was eventually abandoned by its inhabitants for unknown reasons.
