Bell (first name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead and Dead in the Water. He was a crew member on the USS Pennsylvania and later a resident of Strand's Tower.

Bell walks through a corridor as Riley leaves his training exercise and looks for his friend Pierce.
"A Good Sailor"[]
A short time later, as an announcement is made over the PA about ice cream sundaes in the cafeteria, Bell and Loosen walk down a corridor past lieutenants Riley, Alvarez, Pierce, and McGuire. Later, he is among the crew having ice cream sundaes in the cafeteria when an undead Friedman emerges from the kitchen attacking Cook. Bell and the other crewmembers are ordered to vacate the cafeteria.

Later, Bell is among the eight survivors to escape the submarine and search for loved ones once ashore.

Trivia[]
- Marco Ramirez also portrays a ranger living at Strand's Tower in Season 7. It was initally unclear if both characters are meant to be the same person, as it was possible Bell remained in Texas after reaching shore and eventually found refuge at the Tower.
- The actor later confirmed that he plays the same character in both Dead in the Water and Fear the Walking Dead.
- In Fear the Walking Dead: Dead in the Water, there is a second crewman named Bell.
- With the submarine having a crew of more than 150 people, it is not impossible for more than one person to share a similar surname despite no familial relations. For instance, there are also two crewmembers named Appel and Farley on board the submarine.
