Betsy Orson (née unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak mentioned in Image Comics' The Walking Dead. She is resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone, alongside her husband Charles Orson and four children.

Nothing is known about Betsy's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that she was married to Charles and had four children. It is possible that she is a resident of Alexandria before the outbreak occurred.

Betsy was presumably seen during Alexandria party, or walking in the background, but was never specially named. Betsy and her whole family died in Negan's assault on Alexandria.
