Big Oak is a location that appears in The Walking Dead: Survivors.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Little is known about Big Oak before the apocalypse.
Post-Apocalypse[]
At some point, Big Oak came under the subjugation of the Saviors. Although initially their trade agreement was as harmonious as it could be given the circumstances, the agreement quickly soured when Stuben thought that the community was shortchanging them. Because of this, Stuben killed Joe, the community's leader. This led to a battle between both groups. Eventually, the Saviors were defeated and left. Big Oak was somewhat able to rebuild from this. While on a run, Kirstin runs into Coach and Vayne. She gives them some information on the Saviors so that they can attack them. After a successful attack, Kirstin is brought back to Garden Springs to help formulate a plan of attack against the Sanctuary.
It's unknown what happened to the community after this; however, Kirstin permanently moved to Garden Springs after the events with the Saviors.
