Bill is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a member of Leland's group.

"What's Your Story?"[]
Bill and his fellow bandits attack Morgan and John Dorie, holding them both at gunpoint. However, Althea arrives in her SWAT truck and frees the captive men.
The next morning, Bill and his comrades find where Althea, John, and Morgan were camping the night before. He surrounds Morgan and John and holds them hostage, but gets smacked in the face by Morgan's staff, knocking him unconscious.
When the walkers are let out of one of the locked trailer homes by John, he is eventually devoured before regaining consciousness.
