Bill Jenkins is a zombified character in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is one of the neighbors of the Chambler family.

Almost nothing is known about Bill Jenkins' life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he was a veteran and was confined to a wheelchair and lived in an apartment building with David Chambler and Miss Wilhelm.
Post-Apocalypse[]

"Live Bait"[]
After the outbreak began, Bill seemed to have attempted suicide by shooting himself in the face in his bathtub. However, Bill didn't succeed in destroying his brain so he reanimated. Bill was then found by Philip Blake many months later who put him down with a knife to the head.
