Plot[]
To Be Added
Defining Choice[]
Save Beth/Maggie: Shane rushes to her and throws her around his shoulders as he runs as fast as possible away from there, leaving the medical bag on the ground. The next day, everyone is attending Carl's funeral, not having the bullet taken out he unfortunately perishes. Shane tries to apologize to Rick for what happened and Beth/Maggie blames herself for Carl's death, having not fallen and dropping the bag, Carl might still have been alive.
Retrieve the medical equipment: Shane knows that without the equipment Carl will die, so with a heavy heart he leaves Beth/Maggie to be devoured by the walkers and escapes with the medical bag. The next day, everyone is attending Beth's/Maggie's funeral. Shane apologizes for her death and explains there were too many walkers and he couldn't save her. Rick reminds Shane that without him Carl would have died. Shane appreciates his words.
Expedition[]
Where's my daughter?![]
Carol insists on searching for Sophia. She returns to the traffic jam where her daughter got separated from the rest of the group, hoping that Sophia found her way back.
During the mission, Carol will radio you, telling you Sophia hasn't returned and that she's going to spend the night at the highway and start a fire to let Sophia know where to find her. Shane can choose to tell Carol that it's either worth a shot or it's too risky and she should come home. The correct course of action is to tell her to not start a fire.
Search the town[]
Glenn wants to search a nearby small town for supplies. According to Hershel, the town has a pharmacy and a handful of shops that could have valuable medicine and supplies.
During the mission, Glenn will radio you, telling you the town has been looted but that he found a map with another close-by town. He asks if it's worth the shot. Shane can choose to tell Glenn to either go for it or to come back. The correct course of action is to tell him to go back home.
On point[]
Daryl goes to look for Sophia alone. He believes in his heart she's still alive somewhere -- he just needs to find one small sign from her to finally track her down.
During the mission, Daryl will radio you, telling you he was thrown off his horse after it got spooked by a snake and was impaled on one of his arrows on the way down. He isn't sure if he can get back on his own. Shane can choose to tell Daryl to either stay put and wait for help or to keep going. The correct course of action is to tell him to keep going on his own.
Group Conflict[]
Save Beth/Maggie[]
Hershel/Lori: A distraught Lori crumbles to her knees before Hershel, sobbing uncontrollably. The older man looks down in pity... and shame. "How could you let this happen?!" Lori cries. "I trusted you. My family trusted you. And now Carl is... gone." Hershel just bows his head, red-rimmed eyes welling with tears. "I'm sorry," he says in a low voice. "I did everything I could."
Shane can choose to either reassure Hershel or to support Lori.
Retrieve the medical equipment[]
Maggie/Hershel: Maggie is trying to calm down a devastated Hershel. "We should never have let those people into our home," cries Hershel. "Now Beth is dead. They have to go. They are no longer welcome here." "We can't turn them away, Daddy." Maggie pleads. "There's nothing out there but death." "That's no longer our concern," Hershel replies.
Shane can choose to either disregard Hershel's feelings while asking to stay or to sympathize with him while asking to stay.
