This bloody man is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is a prisoner of Dante Esquivel.

Nothing is known about the man's life before the apocalypse except that he lived in Mexico, and was a member of a drug cartel, in which Dante described his role as someone who stole from honest people and killed those who resisted.
