I was getting mad. I was like how fake does this look? They could have easily killed them! But then I realized it was like that trap that Rick was showing Carl...They were forcing them towards that box car.

Not even SEAL TEAM 6 could do that and they practise firing rounds more than the entire marine corps combined.
But anyway, the point was to get the story to move them into the box car. So im good with it. (x%&#!!) Sorta...after Ive counted to eleven.

Haha, that is so true... They were hitting inches away from them.
Well, assuming that they chop the people up to grill them and don't just throw whole living people on the grill kicking and screaming, I think it's safe to say they're dead so you lost me on that one.
Also, the comics and TV show are two different entities. One does not have to have knowledge of the comics to enjoy the TV show.

They weren't TOO good at shooting. They accidentally killed off one of their members, remember?
Anyone remember Rick explaining the bunny noose trap? Yeah, when they were running through Terminus, it was like that.

I do remember and the point exactly. Whomever fired was aiming for Rick and hit his own guy. And a fairly static shot aswell. Hence, you fire automatic fire you will hit something but usually NOT what you are aiming for.
Anyhoo, this all is just a sidenote, it was just frustrating to watch.
But another thing, if you see multiple gunmen shooting from high up, who here would freely run out in the open if you've made it inside alive, hands up? I sure wouldn't.
I'd assess the situation and figure out what the hecks going on. The guy closing the door for example, I'd try and kill him or getting him alive to trade for safe passage etc etc...
Again, just sidenotes...

and when these things happen, i remind myself that this is a TV show. about zombies. and it aaaaaallll makes sense then :D
Assuming that the people at Terminus are cannibals, it's hard to believe that with their shooting skills, they suck at hunting wild game, which supposedly forces them to trap humans for food instead. I'm not a hunter or a gun person, but doesn't it take a lot of skill to shoot a rifle from atop a building, herding people who are running about, and trying not to kill them?
I'm guessing that they resorted to trapping humans because wild game was all but decimated by the walkers.
AWC, not only that, but it's just far easier if you led them to you than if you try to find them by sheer chance. Being skilled doesn't mean you want to waste efforts, actually it's usually the opposite: smart, skilled people find the easier way to meet their goals. The easiest way in the context of the series is to fill people with hope that, where they are, they'll be saved from the hell on earth they are living in.
