“ | Do you remember when you saw me first? Back at the lodge? I felt real bad you believed me. "She can't hurt anyone." You ever done somethin' you regret? Even if it's somethin' you knew you had to do? (…) You know, I've been all over. Run with a lotta people. A lotta men. And listened to a lotta promises. Ain't one of 'em come true. I'm startin' to think there might be another way, you know?

Bonnie is a main character and determinately a former antagonist, as well as a survivor of the outbreak in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series. She is one of the six protagonists of "400 Days", where she has her own personal story.
She was a member of a group consisting of Leland and Dee until it was disbanded. She later became a member of William Carver's group before turning on him after witnessing his brutality. If Clementine has an adversarial relationship with Bonnie, she will become an antagonist again in "No Going Back".
Overview[]
Bonnie is a caring and sympathetic person who generally tries to see the best in people. Her faith in others becomes a fault at times, particularly with Carver. She initially tries to justify his murdering Walter and Alvin (Determinant) at the Ski Lodge and tries to suggest his killing Reggie was an accident, although she eventually admits to not having the best judgement in both situations. When Clementine helps Bonnie see Carver's ruthless nature, she immediately helps Clementine's group escape from Howe's Hardware and accompanies them.
Bonnie also shows great regret for those she has hurt. She is devastated when she accidentally kills Dee and repeatedly tries to apologize to Clementine for lying to her at the lodge and causing people to be killed. When Arvo shoots Clementine in the shoulder, Bonnie is distraught and frantically tries to apologize, further showing her great concern for those in pain as she also tends to Clementine if she is hit by Carver or Troy and looking after Rebecca during her pregnancy. But Bonnie can also be quite cold. For example, if Clementine chooses not to help Luke in the finale of Season 2, Bonnie shows obvious resentment toward Clementine. She even goes as far as to tell Mike "Just leave her!" when Clementine is shot.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Location Unknown[]
Little is known about Bonnie's life prior to or as the outbreak began, though as seen in her photo in "400 Days", she visited the White House in Washington at least once. Her mother likely passed away at some point, as when she finds cover behind the tractor during "Bonnie's Story", she looks up to the sky and says "Mama, watch over me". On separate occasions, Bonnie can mention to Clementine that she had never been to college or prison before respectively.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Little is known about Bonnie's life around the onset of the outbreak. It is believed that she had been abusing narcotic drugs during the first few months of the outbreak, and her later hesitance to let people examine her arm's "old scars" suggests that she had been addicted to heroin. When she was found by married couple Leland and Dee, she leaned on them to get her through heavy withdrawals and eventually get clean around six months post-outbreak. Bonnie and Leland became close during her recovery, a relationship that unnerved Dee and stoked jealousy between them.
Season One[]
"400 Days"[]
"Bonnie's Story"[]
220 days after the outbreak, Bonnie and Leland take cover from a drizzling rain under a tree, standing close to each other and lightly musing about whether they would prefer to have a snake for a tongue or lobster claws for hands. After Bonnie decides her preference, (Determinant) Leland mentions that Bonnie has come a long way from when he and Dee found her while she was on drugs, and how they helped her to deal with it. Bonnie can thank Leland for everything or avoid the subject. Either way, Leland will caress her face, before Dee shows up. Dee immediately questions them on what it is they're talking about. Bonnie can tell the truth or lie. Dee will show Bonnie and Leland a bag that she had "found". Bonnie and Leland question her on where she got the bag, or if she stole it. Bonnie later asks Dee if she could borrow her red nail polish once they got back to camp, commenting that she liked it.
As the conversation gets heated about the bag, Dee begins to accuse Leland of always taking Bonnie's side and calling her his "girlfriend". Bonnie can tell Dee or Leland to stop, or can tell both she's leaving. Leland will stop Bonnie from leaving, calling her "darlin'", which angers Dee. Dee then tells Bonnie and Leland to run. Bonnie turns around to see lights coming their way. Bonnie starts to run, but is shot in the shoulder. Leland tries to turn back to help her, but Dee drags him away. Bonnie gets up and tries to run after them, sliding down a hill onto the road with the prison bus Vince was in. Bonnie awakens to the sight of a zombified Bennett (only if Russell didn't kill him during his story) and kills him, or if Bennett was killed, Bonnie will not be attacked. Bonnie gets up and runs into the cornfield, calling for Leland and Dee, with the group who shot her right behind her. Bonnie runs through the cornfield, avoiding them, before running behind a tractor for safety. Bonnie grabs a rebar from the ground and hits one of the people approaching her, only to discover it was Dee. Bonnie, in a state of panic, tries to apologize to Dee, saying it was an accident. The conversation varies, depending on what you choose for Bonnie, you could assure Dee that she wasn't trying to steal Leland away from her, or tell her that she is interested in Leland, and wanted him for herself. Dee will then die, calling her a "junkie". When Leland arrives, he sees that Bonnie is shot, and asks her if she's alright. Leland breaks down after seeing Dee dead. Bonnie can tell him the truth of what happened, or lie to him that she found Dee that way. Depending on the conversation, Leland can believe her or not. This will decide if Leland goes with Bonnie or stays with Dee. When Leland follows Bonnie, he takes the bag that Dee stole, saying that she didn't die for nothing. If Leland did stay behind, a shot can be heard while Bonnie runs away.
"Epilogue"[]
On day 400, Bonnie is seen at the campsite with Vince, Russell, Wyatt, Shel, and Becca, when a woman named Tavia shows up, and offers them a safe haven. Bonnie believes she is harmless and agrees that the safe haven sounds like a good idea. Becca can comment that just because Bonnie always tells the truth, depending on if she lied to Leland or not, doesn't mean everyone else can.
Regardless of the decisions made in Bonnie's story, she will ultimately decide to go with Tavia to the safe haven, either alone, with a few of the group, or all of them. Bonnie stands beside Vince as he throws their photos into the fire. Bonnie says to Vince and the others, "This is a good thing. I know it is."
Season Two[]
After Bonnie went with Tavia, she joined her community at a Howe's Hardware location in Tennessee. Few specifics are known about her time in the community over the next year, but it is believed that she ingratiated herself with its leader Carver to become a trusted member of his group. She began a relationship with Luke, though it did not last long as Luke and Carver clashed over the latter's increasingly authoritative behavior. Luke and a few others decided to try to leave the community by escape, but Bonnie ultimately opted to stay behind despite her feelings for Luke.
Carver spent a few months trying to track them down. It is unknown whether Bonnie became involved before or after Carver tracked them down at a cabin, but she wound up joining Carver in his pursuit of Luke's group north into the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, wanting the opportunity to control whatever confrontation Carver and Luke had in an effort to keep everyone alive.
"A House Divided"[]
Bonnie first appears outside of the Moonstar Lodge, trying to peer through boarded up windows to get a look at the people inside. Clementine, Kenny and Walter stumble upon her outside the window, with Walter calling to her rather than letting Kenny raise his rifle on her. Bonnie, wary of Kenny, claims that she is looking for food for her family. Walter volunteers to get her food after Kenny objects to letting her in the lodge. Bonnie approaches Clementine, asking her how old she is and trying get a sense of her affect toward others. When Walter returns with a heavy box of supplies, Bonnie is stunned by his generosity, protesting to taking so much from him at first. After he insists that she take it, Bonnie agrees to his terms that she pass on generosity to the next survivor in need. She leaves with the box, letting Kenny and Walter have a private discussion about her.
Bonnie- having seen Clementine and possibly others in Luke's group- returns to Carver and leads him, Johnny and Troy back to the lodge in the night. At the end of a windstorm on the mountain, Bonnie and her allies shoot down the remaining walkers attacking the lodge. Carver leads his gunmen to surround Walter, Carlos, Sarita and Nick, (Determinant) holding them and Sarah hostage when she comes to Carlos's aid. Walter recognizes Bonnie's betrayal of his trust, making her feel guilty but not keeping her from holding them at gunpoint.
Carver orders Bonnie and Johnny to scout the lodge in search of the remaining members of Luke's group. They are initially awed by the setup within the lodge, though they are frustrated that it was too big to search easily. Bonnie directs Johnny to cover a window near the common area, letting her return to the front entrance to help Carver and Troy escort their hostages inside, Bonnie avoiding eye contact with Walter. Bonnie binds Sarah's hands, then stands guard over the others as Carver drags Carlos out from the group and aggressively interrogates him to get Rebecca's location. Bonnie appears slightly uncomfortable at Carlos's torture, but she does not get involved when Carver threatens to kill him to get Rebecca, Alvin and Clementine out of hiding.
When Rebecca, Alvin and Clementine surrender to save Carlos, (Determinant) Bonnie binds Clementine's hands and puts her with the others. (Determinant) Bonnie and the others are shocked when Johnny gets shot in the head from a bullet through the window, taking cover from further fire after Sarita exclaims Kenny's name. Bonnie reports that she cannot see the shooter outside the lodge, whereupon Carver orders her to watch the hostages while he drags Walter out from the line over to the window where Johnny had been killed. Carver then executes Walter in view of Kenny, making Bonnie feel sick over her role in his death. Nevertheless, she stands by as Carver threatens to execute other hostages until Kenny surrenders, letting him grab Alvin next to drag him over to the window. If Clementine does not get Kenny to surrender, Bonnie and the other survivors are all stunned speechless when Carver gets shot through a different window, but Carver survives and gets up to execute Alvin. After Clementine gets Kenny to surrender or he decides on his own to protect Sarita, Bonnie goes to receive him, binding his hands and putting him with the other survivors.
The hostages all secured except for Luke, Carver determines that Luke must have abandoned his friends. Bonnie accepts Carver's decision not to pursue Luke now that they had the others, then follows his orders to begin transporting their hostages out of the lodge back to their home.
"In Harm's Way"[]
Bonnie stands with Carver outside of his truck, ready to escort Clementine and Sarah back into it after the latter's rest stop. If Carver slaps Clementine, Bonnie regretfully goes to help her up to her feet. Bonnie then rides in the cabin of the truck with Troy and Carver back to their community while Clementine and the other prisoners are transported in the back.
Bonnie later appears alongside Troy and Tavia when the prisoners are unloaded from the truck at Howe's Hardware, escorting the group under armed guard through the building toward a fenced off yard just outside of the building used as a pen for their prisoners. Bonnie unlocks the door to force them inside, warns them not to tamper with the fence, and dryly bids farewell to Nick for the evening. (Determinant) She and the other armed guards then leave the prisoners to get settled into their new beds for the night.
In the morning, Clementine and the others are assigned tasks for the day. Bonnie had requested to individually work with Clementine, a request that was granted, with Tavia escorting Clementine to the armory and leaving her in Bonnie's care. Bonnie instructs her on how to load up their magazines with fresh bullets. They do not work for long before Bonnie apologizes to her for her part in getting Walter killed. Clementine can scold her for her actions or deflect the blame elsewhere, though Bonnie still wishes to apologize because there is little else she can do.
Trying to change the subject to Clementine's future at the community, Bonnie asks how her first night had went. Clementine informs her that she had not been fed, (Determinant) making Bonnie displeased at Carver's decision not to feed the survivors in the pen. (Determinant) Bonnie informs her that when Luke and the rest of his group had prepared to leave the community, she had initially planned to go with them, but had decided that she could not leave the community because she felt safe there. She further states that she had wanted a place she could call a home, wanting to protect it from falling apart from things such as an approaching herd that they expected to arrive within the week. Bonnie tries to empathize with Carver's decisions as of late, understanding that the stress of managing a community had taken a toll. If Clementine brings up how Carver had killed Walter and Alvin, (Determinant) Bonnie tries to defend it as necessary, but she does not seem to even convince herself of it. Bonnie thinks back to when Luke and Carver had first clashed over how the community was run, suggesting that Luke might have been right about Carver and wishing that he was all right wherever he was now.
Tavia then hails Bonnie over the radio, wanting to come collect Clementine. Bonnie assures Clementine that everything was fine before remembering that she had wanted to give something to her. Getting up, Bonnie presents a bright blue jacket to Clementine, saying that she had taken it from the ski lodge with Clementine in mind. Tavia then arrives, commenting on the jacket as ugly. Bonnie rolls her eyes, but doesn't offer anything else, letting Tavia take Clementine out of the armory up to the roof.
Later when Clementine returns from the roof, Bonnie hands her a bucket of supplies to take out to the expansion work area. Bonnie notices that Clementine appears shaken, prompting Clementine to share that Reggie had been killed by Carver. (Determinant) Bonnie initially insists that it must have been accident, (Determinant) then instructs her to quickly deliver the supplies and let her find out for herself what had happened. (Determinant) Bonnie lets her out the door outside of the building, calling up to Troy on the roof to watch out for her before leaving.
Clementine next sees Bonnie the following day when she comes to take her for her daily tasks. Troy disinterestedly lets Bonnie have her, though Kenny is initially concerned that Clementine would be taken out of the way of the expansion site. Clementine can try to ask to stay with Kenny and Mike, but Bonnie glibly takes Clementine with her regardless, separating her from the others. On their walk to the armory, Bonnie quietly states that she had wanted to make sure that Clementine was okay after what had happened with Reggie. She shares that she had spoken to Carver since they had last seen each other, hearing the truth that Carver had decided that Reggie's death had been necessary and had not even tried to deflect from his actions, making her realize that she had never really known who Carver was until that moment.
Bonnie notices Clementine appearing anxious, inviting her to come into the armory where they could speak privately. Bonnie swears to Clementine that although she had been dishonest when they had first met, she would be genuine with Clementine going forward. Clementine then has the option of whether or not to try to involve Bonnie in the prisoners' plan to sneak a radio to Luke after he had infiltrated the community in the expansion site. If she does, Clementine shows her the stolen radio and asks for her to look the other way for a few minutes, getting Bonnie to reluctantly agree upon the condition that she not tell anyone of her assistance. If Clementine does not involve Bonnie, Bonnie determines that Clementine was still uncomfortable around her because of her deception, somberly allowing her to go work with Kenny for the day.
Regardless of whether or not Bonnie learned of Luke's presence from Clementine, she comes back out to the pen toward the end of the afternoon after Luke has been caught by Carver, calling for Carver to stop before he can beat Kenny to death. She finally gets Carver to stop with the claim that there was a breach in one of the fences, though Kenny has been rendered unconscious with severe facial injuries. Carver directs Bonnie to guard the pen while he and the other guards go deal with the breach, mockingly informing the other prisoners that they would receive no dinner tonight. If Clementine had been knocked out by Troy, Bonnie tends to her. After the other guards leave, Bonnie tells Carlos to treat Kenny quickly so that they could all escape that night when the herd arrived, surprising Luke with her wanting to leave with them this time.
After the sun sets, Bonnie confers with Luke and Mike through the gate to the pen, planning to open it for them if someone could get the PA system online to attract the walkers. When Clementine gets a radio playback on the speakers in and around the building, Bonnie lets the prisoners out of the pen and guides them to the stockroom exit amid the chaos. Before they can escape, however, Carver catches up to them and freezes them with a few warning shots, holding them all at gunpoint and forcing them to drop their weapons. Clementine sneaks up to them while Carver angrily threatens to kill Rebecca and her baby and helps Kenny and Luke disarm Carver, letting Bonnie and the others recover their weapons. When Kenny cripples Carver and instructs the others to leave while he takes his vengeance on him, Bonnie is among the first to leave, showing no regard for the fate of her former leader.
After Carver's demise, Bonnie and the others follow Jane's example and use walker guts to disguise themselves in advance of trying to pass through the herd. Troy catches them trying to leave and holds them up with his rifle, but Jane manages to disarm and maim him, leaving him behind for the walkers. Bonnie once again shows no regard for the fate of her former ally, beginning to stalk her way behind Luke and Nick. (Determinant) Bonnie tries to keep Sarah calm, but cannot protect her when she witnesses Carlos get devoured by walkers in front of her and runs off through the herd.
"Amid The Ruins"[]
The other survivors were separated by the chaos of the herd attacking Howe's Hardware. Bonnie did manage to reach Parker's Run where the other survivors had agreed to meet, getting there at some point with Mike, Kenny and a bitten Sarita (Determinant) before anyone else arrived. Kenny either remains with Sarita as she deteriorates or sullenly sits by himself in mourning, making Bonnie and Mike too uncomfortable to try talking to him after he yelled at Mike on their first attempt. With little else to do but wait, Mike grows increasingly agitated, trying to persuade Bonnie to leave with him to look for the others.
She is seen talking to Mike about going to search for others when Clementine, Rebecca and Jane arrive at Parker's Run. Bonnie is thankful, admitting that they'd been concerned that no one else would be coming. Bonnie tries to get Clementine to speak to Kenny for them if she does not volunteer to do it upon arrival. After Clementine goes to see him, Bonnie helps Rebecca get to shelter. Bonnie tries to calm Mike again as Clementine returns, not having gotten through to Kenny. Bonnie wants to wait for Luke to find them, thinking he would know what to do next. Not content to wait, Jane decides to take Clementine and search the surrounding area for Luke or for somewhere safer. Bonnie and the others remain at Parker's Run to care for Rebecca, ready to help if she went into labor at any moment.
When Clementine and Jane return to Parker's Run with Luke and Sarah, (Determinant) Bonnie helps Rebecca come over to greet them. If either Nick or Sarah died that morning, Luke takes Rebecca aside to inform and console her over it, letting Bonnie lead Clementine away for their own private discussion. Bonnie asks if she knew whether Luke had experience with handling babies, determining that Rebecca would be going into labor at some point that day and that someone would need to help her now that Carlos was dead. Not liking her answer, Bonnie then takes Clementine over to a tent nearby, explaining that Kenny had closed off the rest of them and hidden himself and Sarita inside of it to say goodbye to her. (Determinant) Bonnie tries to convince Clementine to speak to Kenny again, knowing that he was likely the person best-suited to help Rebecca now. After Clementine enters the tent, Bonnie rejoins the others to care for Rebecca.
Rebecca's water breaks within a few minutes, Bonnie helping to support her as Clementine and Kenny emerge from the tent. Bonnie is relieved to see Kenny, asking him what they should do, though he is slow to react to Rebecca's state. Bonnie notices a sign for a site museum just over a mile away, volunteering to go there to find a place where Rebecca could deliver safely. Mike agrees to go with her while Jane decides to go scout a closer building. Bonnie quietly tells Clementine that while she would like to have her join them, she suggests that she does not trust Jane, worried she might just take off if she did not feel like helping them. She leaves Clementine with the choice of either going with them to the museum or going with Jane to the visitor center to keep an eye on her. Clementine can either go with Mike and Bonnie or Jane as they each leave or linger around Rebecca a little longer and then catch up to whichever scout she wants.
If Clementine goes with Mike and Bonnie to the museum or catches up to them before going with Jane, the three of them arrive to find its exterior too damaged to be considered safe, but Bonnie still wants to search for supplies. Mike kills a pair of walkers, (Determinant) albeit with a clumsy effort on the second. (Determinant) The three of them enter the museum and begin their search. (Determinant) If Clementine went with Jane before going to help Mike and Bonnie, she arrives at the museum to find the walkers dead and the search already in progress. Regardless, Bonnie and Mike converse about their search, not finding much while Clementine looks around herself. Clementine discovers a fur coat in the museum, showing it to Bonnie and discussing its value as a blanket for Rebecca. (Determinant) Reminiscing about gifting Clementine her jacket, Bonnie again apologizes for her deception when they had first met and hopes that she could change in Clementine's eyes. Mike then recognizes it as a Confederate-style coat, leading to the three of them returning to their search.
After Clementine discovers two barrels of water in the ticket booth, Bonnie comes over to investigate with Mike. With the door locked and Mike reluctant to kick it in due to the noise it would make, Bonnie asks Clementine if she would be willing to crawl through a gap in the window to the ticket booth. The only entrance to the locked room is through a small gap in a window gate, which Bonnie suggests Clementine could squeeze through. If Clementine agrees to try crawling through, Bonnie helps her up onto the counter as she tries to crawl through, but she gets stuck. A hidden walker then emerges and attacks Clementine, (Determinant) Bonnie trying to pull her out while Mike kicks in the door. (Determinant) Alternatively, if Clementine refuses to go through, Bonnie instead tries to snake her arm through the gap to the other side of the door. A hidden walker then emerges and attacks Bonnie, (Determinant) slamming her head into the window shutter and leaving a mark on her head. (Determinant) Clementine helps Bonnie resist its attempt to bite her while Mike kicks in the door. (Determinant) After Mike kicks in the door, Clementine helps him finish off the walker. If Bonnie was grabbed by the walker, she declines Mike's offer to let him check her arm, explaining that she had "old scars" that she didn't want him to see.
Bonnie then walks away as Mike and Clementine search the ticket booth, taking the full water barrels with them. Before leaving the museum, however, Bonnie notices a raccoon hovering around the entrance, getting Mike and Clementine to help her try to catch it for food. It bolts into the museum before they can act, forcing the three of them to quickly guard the interior. Bonnie fails to stop it when it runs by her back to the entrance, (Determinant) and Clementine falls down when it leaves the museum. (Determinant) Bonnie then stops Mike from shooting at it, not wanting to attract walkers. The three of them notice the raccoon rejoining its cubs, expressing their thoughts on its escape. (Determinant) Bonnie then encourages them to recover the water and bring that back with them at the very least.
Mike carries both jugs by himself back to the rest of the group, impressing Bonnie with his strength. If Clementine had not already gone with Jane to scout the visitor center, Bonnie and Mike return to report that the museum would not be a feasible location for Rebecca to give birth, then depart to drop off the water. Prior to leaving to find Jane, (Determinant) Clementine can speak to Bonnie and learn of her concerns about Rebecca getting through childbirth. (Determinant) Alternatively, if Clementine had already gone with Jane to scout the visitor center, the three of them are drawn back by Rebecca screaming in pain, going into labor now.
When Rebecca goes into labor, Bonnie goes to tend to Rebecca alongside Kenny. Bonnie then notices a herd of walkers coming out of the nearby forest, leading Kenny to stalk off toward the herd by himself to defend Rebecca. Bonnie helps Rebecca walk toward the visitor center, disturbed by Kenny laboriously striking an already dead walker in the head. Kenny does manage to catch up to them by the time they reach the visitor center, helping Bonnie take Rebecca up the stairs to the observation deck. Bonnie helps her get situated in a cafe behind a shutter door, ordering Sarah to stay out of Rebecca's way. Bonnie then leaves her in Kenny's care as she, Clementine, (Determinant) Mike, Luke and Jane step out to fight the walkers climbing up the stairs.
The adults all try to block the gate as walkers pile against it, calling for Clementine to find something to block it. Luke goes to help her roll a cannon toward the gate to block it, but this half of the deck proves to be unstable, collapsing under the cannon's weight and forcing the survivors to scramble away from it. If Sarah made it to Parker's Run, she falls off and gets pinned under the deck, Bonnie calling out for her as walkers close in. If Jane goes down to rescue Sarah, Bonnie and Mike cover her efforts until Jane is forced to retreat, leading to Sarah getting devoured. When walkers try to climb up the remaining half of the deck, the survivors determine that they need to find a way to collapse the rest of it. If Clementine tries hacking at the support cable, Bonnie directs her to stop, seeing that it would not work. When Clementine hacks at the support cable's mounting plate, the rest of the deck collapses, ending the threat from the walkers below and letting the survivors return to Rebecca and Kenny.
They return to find Kenny holding a silent, unmoving baby, Bonnie the first to express her horror. Suddenly, the baby coughs awake, relieving the group that Rebecca had given birth to a healthy baby boy. Relaxing after surviving the battle with the walkers, the survivors settle in the cafe and bed down for the evening.
Bonnie wakes up briefly during the night when Luke yells at Kenny during an argument, wanting to know what was happening. When neither one answers her, she returns to speak with the others about their next move, wanting to go investigate the town Clementine had spotted earlier. She offers no opinion in the argument over whether to leave in the morning or after a few days, simply going back to sleep when the matter is settled. It is unknown how Bonnie reacted when she discovered that Jane had left the group.
When the group leaves to go toward the town, Bonnie helps Rebecca walk with her baby through a snowy field, pelted by gusts of wind. When Rebecca stumbles, Bonnie helps her back to her feet so they can continue on until Rebecca stumbles again and falls down. Bonnie helps her over to a discarded car tire to rest for a moment, warily watching Kenny when he overbearingly tries to take the baby off her hands. The group are then shocked when a man calls out to them from afar, recognized by Clementine as Arvo. Bonnie does not think much of him when he approaches with a limp. Depending on whether or not Clementine tells the group not to trust him, Bonnie will either be sympathetic at first or be on her guard. When the rest of Arvo's group appears with their guns drawn, Bonnie and the others brandish their weapons as Arvo and Clementine communicate and translate their groups' orders. Upon noticing that Jane is not with them, Arvo determines that his group has been caught in a trap, heightening tensions and getting them to all point their weapons at each other, Bonnie leveling her weapon on Arvo's sister Natasha.
As they all try to get through to each other, Clementine notices Rebecca looking pale, examining her more closely to see that she has died and reanimated as a walker, preparing to attack Bonnie. Clementine can either shoot Rebecca in the head to save Bonnie and the baby or call for help or wait until Bonnie herself notices Rebecca and let her call for help. After either Clementine or Kenny shoots Rebecca in the head, a firefight kicks off between the two groups.
"No Going Back"[]
Bonnie along with the rest of the group is involved in a firefight with Arvo's gang and provides cover fire for Kenny and possibly Clementine. Along with the rest of the group, Bonnie mourns over the loss of Rebecca and will say that Clementine did what she had to (Determinant). She also promises that they will take care of her baby, and as Kenny begins to beat Arvo, Bonnie is the first to speak up and attempt to stop the conflict. As Arvo claims that he can take them to a house, Bonnie agrees and pleads with Kenny to calm down so they can begin to travel to the house. Eventually, he will calm down and the group will begin the journey.
As they stop for a short rest for Luke, Bonnie will hand Mike the baby and begin to tend to Luke's leg wound, which he received during the earlier firefight. She will discuss men and why all of them try to show each other how tough they are. Bonnie will then ask Clementine to keep pressure on Luke's wound whilst she fetches some bandages. As she walks away, Luke will apologize to her and she will be confused as to why. Bonnie will return to the two and will ask what they were talking about as she begins to bandage Luke's wound. Bonnie will then ask Clementine if she can change the bandage on Kenny's eye wound, stating that she offered to do it earlier, but Kenny denied. She hands her a bottle of sterilizer to cleanse the wound, and as Clementine heads over to Kenny, Bonnie remains with Luke to finish the bandaging. As soon as Clementine finishes, Bonnie goes over to her and asks if they are ready to go, and the group continue towards the house.
When the group reaches the defunct power station, Bonnie recommends they rest for the night and comments on Clementine's suggestion to have a nice, quiet night. As Kenny and Jane scout the station for walkers, Bonnie will suggest that AJ likes Clementine, as she had managed to calm him down. Bonnie will take AJ from Clementine as Kenny and Jane return claiming that it is safe, and so the group will agree to rest at the power station for the night.
As they sit around the fire, Luke states that today is his birthday, and Bonnie will ask his age. As Luke recalls his college memories, Bonnie exclaims that she would have liked to go to college before unveiling a bottle of rum she'd saved from Carver's camp for a special occasion. She passes it to Luke and before he takes a sip, she demands he makes a toast to celebrate. After the toast, she comments that it was "real nice" and as Kenny heads off to take the first watch, she shows some concern for the baby he is holding. Bonnie will then invite Jane over to the fire, but she will decline, leading Bonnie to begin discussing Jane's return to the group by the fire. They will then jokingly discuss Luke's sexual encounter with Jane and Bonnie will accidentally slip out a comment that she is interested in Luke, before claiming it was the rum talking. Bonnie will then pass the bottle to Clementine and ask her to see if she can get Jane and Kenny to return to the fire.
Later, as Clementine returns to the fire, she finds the group continuing the joking discussion about Luke's sexual encounter, before Bonnie asks for everyone to keep quiet about the conversation as Clementine is returning. As Mike asks for the bottle so that he can give some to Arvo, Bonnie supports his idea and argues against Kenny. She will comment that she doesn't think that Arvo is a bad person, but merely a good person that had to do bad things, and after Arvo lashes out at Mike, Bonnie suggests they should get some sleep and compliments Clementine for bringing the others to the fire.
The next day, the group come across a frozen lake with the house on the far side and the group will decide to cross it. As they start to cross the lake, walkers begin to approach from behind, causing the group to begin to panic. They manage to dispatch some of the walkers, but the ice near Luke's feet gives way and he half collapses into the lake. Bonnie and Clementine are the closest to Luke and quickly consider what they should do:
Cover Luke or Do Nothing: Bonnie goes to Luke's rescue, while Clementine covers Luke from the oncoming walkers, but her weight is too much for the already cracked ice and she falls into the frozen lake along with Luke. Bonnie can be killed because of this cause, however, you may also save her from her imminent death. If you chose break the ice where Luke is trapped beneath, Clementine will fall into the frozen lake and see Luke's corpse in the water. Even though Luke is killed no matter what, Bonnie would save herself from her death by crawling out from the frozen lake from the hole created by Clementine. If Clementine failed to crack the ice, Bonnie would also perish in the lake and not appear for the remainder of the episode.
If Bonnie managed to pull herself out, the relationship between Bonnie and Clementine would be severed for the rest of the episode, as Bonnie blames Clementine for not willing to save Luke when she ordered Clementine to rescue him.
Help Luke: Clementine attempts to pull Luke from the water as Bonnie shoots the oncoming walkers, but the ice gives away and both Luke and Clementine fall into the freezing water. Jane is able to save Clementine ultimately and they make tracks for the house in order to start a fire to heat Clementine. Bonnie will also rush to the house to join the others. At the house, Bonnie begins to cry over the death of Luke, claiming that Clementine tried to help him. After Jane manages to get a fire started, the group have a short rest.
Bonnie would be later seen sitting on the steps outside of the house smoking a cigarette, and Clementine has the option to talk to her. Bonnie will offer Clementine the cigarette, which she can accept or decline. Bonnie will recall their first memories back at the lodge, before asking Clementine if she had ever done anything she regrets. The two will then continue a discussion about Luke, before Bonnie states that she had run with a lot of other people that promised her things, but not one of those promises had come true. After the conversation, Bonnie would say she needs to take a piss in the woods, to which Clementine would leave her be.
Not so long after that, Bonnie would be seen joining the discussion between Kenny, Mike, Jane, and Clementine outside the lake house after Kenny gets the truck going. There they are discussing about where to go, Jane mentions to Kenny that Bonnie says Howe's Hardware has a lot of baby formula, which would be a advantage for keeping Alvin Jr. alive. Bonnie stays quiet during the discussion, only commenting that Clementine's idea to sleep on the decision was sensible.
Later on in the episode, Bonnie would be caught by Clementine when she and Mike are about to leave with Arvo. When Clementine gets shot by Arvo, Bonnie's reaction to the situation differs depending on your choice in the event that led to Luke's death. If you chose to cover Luke instead of trying to rescue Luke by yourself, Bonnie would be shocked, though she tells Mike to just leave her be. If you chose to try to rescue Luke yourself instead of covering him, Bonnie would be devastated and angry towards Mike, apologizing to Clementine, saying that she never wanted this to happen. Either way, she, along with her new small group, will run away on foot from the scene as Kenny dashes outside demanding what happened. Bonnie is not seen for the rest of the series. Clementine will have the option to ask if Bonnie is safe when she first awakens after the dream.
If Clementine is with Jane at Howes, Jane will mention that Bonnie was right about the baby formula being there.
Death (Determinant)[]
- Killed By
- Arvo (Indirectly Caused, Alive)
- Luke (Indirectly Caused, Accidental, Alive)
- Clementine (Caused, Alive)
- Herself (Caused, Accidental, Alive)
If Clementine chooses to cover Luke or does not move fast enough to help Luke as he attempts to drag himself out from the ice crater, Bonnie will attempt to save him. As she approaches Luke, the ice gives way under their combined weight. Clementine sees Luke knocking on the ice from under the surface and tries to break it to rescue him. If Clementine takes too long to break the ice or gives up, neither Luke nor Bonnie emerge from the frozen river, both of them drowning out of view.
It is assumed that Bonnie reanimated after drowning, as the lake would not have been deep enough for her to suffer barotraumatic injuries, nor is there any known evidence to suggest that being frozen in sub-zero temperatures prevents the reanimation process.
Killed Victims[]
This list shows the victims Bonnie has killed:
- Bennett (Zombified, Determinant)
- Dee (Accidental)
- Leland (Indirectly Caused, Determinant)
- Roman (Alongside William Carver, Troy, and Johnny)
- Victor (Caused, alongside William Carver, Troy, and Johnny)
- Johnny (Indirectly Caused)
- Walter (Caused)
- Alvin (Caused, Determinant)
- Rebecca (Caused, Zombified, Determinant)
- Luke (Caused or Indirectly Caused, Accidental, Alive)
- Herself (Caused, Accidental, Alive, Determinant)
- 7 unnamed members of Roman's Group (2 Alive, alongside Carver, Troy, and Johnny)
- Numerous counts of zombies

Quotes[]
The following is a list of some of Bonnie's most memorable quotes.
400 Days"Lobster claws. (…) Think of all the crazy stuff you could grab!" "Snake tongue. (…) What? How is that MORE gross than LOBSTER HANDS? (…) Hey, you asked the question, hoss." "Neither. (…) You don't set the rules around here." "Both. (…) But they're both such attractive options." "You know, you're not perfect either, mister lobster hands. Maybe I should spend a minute listin' off your flaws. See how you like it." "Take a hike, big ears. (…) You resemble a satellite." "Yeah, I'm a real poster child. ("I could see you on a brochure.") Like the ones at the dentist? Before and after? With the puffy face and the yellow teeth?" "You're a good friend, Leland. ("I know.") Okay, you're not that great." "I was just tellin' Leland here how grateful I am. Ya know, for you guys helpin' me out." "Hey, Dee, when we get back to camp, would you let me borrow some of that nail polish? (…) It's my favorite. And after today, I could use a new coat, ya know?" "Leland, that's enough! It's obvious ya can't win this one, so why even bother tryin'?" "Mama, watch over me..." "Dee, oh, God, Dee... I'm so sorry, oh, God... It was dark, it's so dark, I couldn't see you! I didn't know it was you! How was I supposed to know it was you?! (…) I didn't mean to do this, Dee! I swear to God, I didn't mean to. (…) I... I... no, God, I'm sorry. I need him; I need you both... (…) There is somethin' between us. But that don't mean I wanted this... I swear to God." "I don't know! I... I found her like this... (…) We can't take her with us. What if she turns into one of them things?" "I... had to. I... I thought you would... (…) It really was an accident, Leland, it really-- (…) She came outta nowhere. I thought she was one 'a them. I didn't see her until she was right there..." "What's done is done. We have to get going." "I need you, Leland! You're all I've got... Leland?" "I know it's hard, but I need you, Leland!" "God, this sounds too good to be true. But...I think it is." "If I didn't trust people, I'd be dead. I know that for sure. People can care about you if you let them." "At least what I did was an accident!" "Hey! What I told Leland--" "Well, why not, Russell? If they have food, and medicine, and... and--" "Of course you don't, Russell! You don't trust anyone!" "Of course it is, Russell. Hope is all we've got left!" "I believe her, Becca. Look at her. This is not someone who's been struggling the way we have. It makes sense." "This is a good thing. I know it is." Season Two"Please. Do you have any food? (…) I saw the house, and... I have a family. We're starving. We live down there. (…) Thank you, really, but that storm'll be on us soon and I gotta get back to my family. (…) You don't have to do that. (…) This is too much. (…) I don't know how to thank you." "I have a little girl like you. How old are you, sweetie? ("Eleven.") I woulda thought older than that." "I suppose I owe you an apology... I wasn't truthful when I came across y'all at the lodge, and I was shown a kindness I never would've expected from a group of strangers. But now folks are dead, and I can't help but feel I'm to blame. But the plan was for no one to get hurt. I truly believe that was the intent. At least, it was mine, goin' into it. If I could change it, I would. I promise you. (…) I understand you're mad at me, and you've got every right to be, but I wanted you to know I regret my part in all this. I apologize... which don't account for much, but it's all I can offer right now." "Yeah, but... I surely didn't help matters. I thought if I was the one that found everyone, I could control it. Keep everyone safe, but that ain't how it went." "How was your first night in the yard? I know it ain't so comfortable... but it's safe. Which is more than I can say about a lot of places out there. (…) It ain't a prison. More of a... work release. (…) ... probably. I don't know... I've never been to prison. Don't tell no one. Tryin' to keep a tough reputation." "I was supposed to go... when Luke and Carlos and all them left. I was plannin' on leavin' too. When Luke approached me about it, I-- I thought he was crazy. I mean, we're safe here. We got power. We got food. And Bill, he... he wasn't always like this. (…) If I'm bein' honest... I guess I chickened out. I justified not goin' by tellin' myself it's easier to try an' change somethin' that's broken than start all over. Take this situation with the herd... that's the type of thing that rips a community apart. He keeps things in line... he's got a lot of this stuff figured out. I don't know... I guess I just wanted to be somewhere comfortable for a while." "Hey, I didn't attack anyone. Bill did all that. I didn't want... I wasn't expectin' any of that to happen. I just wanted everyone to be safe. Out there ain't exactly all flowers an' rainbows." "You're safe if you stay on his good side. (…) I mean, it ain't easy keepin' a group this big fed and protected. I don't envy that position. Figure that'd make anyone a little stressed. I'm not defendin' what he did. That was... I'm alive because of him. That's just a fact. And there's somethin' to that." "Only to protect his own people. Kenny could've killed us all. (…) Alvin killed George when he escaped. He might not have meant to, but George died all the same. Ain't no saints in all this. Bill overreacted. He was in the heat of the moment and he overreacted." "Luke had ideas about how things should go, but they didn't line up with what Bill was thinkin'...they butted heads, then Rebecca started showin', and that only made things worse. Maybe Luke was right about him... I wish he was around, but... I just hope he's safe." "Huh? What do you think? I found it at the lodge y'all were at. Think it might be for skiing. Had to wait for no one around to be around to get it to you. (…) (sighs) You don't like it... (…) I thought it was kinda cute... Well, this ain't a fashion show. It'll keep you warm. You better watch yourself. I think some folks might be jealous of that cool jacket of yours." "What? What're you talkin' about? (…) Maybe... maybe it was just an accident. Listen to me. Take this stuff out to those guys and come straight back. Just... be safe. Okay? Now ain't the time to be callin' attention to yourself. I need to go find out what happened." "I didn't believe you...when you told me about Reggie. I ran and found Bill once I left you. Figured even if he had done it, he'd make up some sort of excuse, but... Bill was just so matter-of-fact about it... like he'd pulled up a weed or somethin'. Like it had to be done, and... that was just one of those moments when your blood runs cold. Goose pimples up and down your arm. 'Cause it turns out the person you thought you knew...was never there. You look anxious, Clementine. Somethin' the matter? You know you can talk to me, right? I was dishonest when I first met you, but I swear on everything holy that'll never happen again. You can trust me. I can understand that you're uncomfortable... I won't force you to be around me if you don't want to. Go on back out and be with Kenny." "Do your best with him, Carlos. You need to get him able to move, 'cause we're leavin' tonight. We're leavin' tonight." "I ain't gonna sugarcoat this. That baby's coming even faster than Rebecca's letting on. But I was hoping you might know... Does Luke know anything about babies? Has he, I dunno, mentioned Carlos teaching him anything? Just in case? (…) I was afraid of that. I don't know anything, Mike sure as hell doesn't, and I don't even know how to ask Jane... Then that just leaves... Kenny." "Clem... I know it must've been hard, but thank you for talking to Kenny. I'd love for you to give me and Mike a hand looking at the museum, but I was thinking... How do we know Jane ain't just gonna take off? Maybe you should go with her. Make sure she comes back. (…) Y'know, she doesn't seem to like being around people much. And she volunteered to head off awful fast. I guess it could be nothing." "I guess you've already got that old coat I gave you. I feel so bad about everything that happened. Hopefully you won't always think of me like that. Not that I'd blame you if you did. I haven't always used the best... judgement." "It's just a bump. I'm gonna be alright... Christ, that would've been a stupid way to die." "Clem, I... I don't think he's okay. He's losin' it. I mean, that... that isn't..." "You! Don't even try it, motherfucker! I guarantee I'm a better shot than you are! I'll drop you both before you can blink!" "Leave him alone, Kenny! He's just a kid!" "Don't you go blamin' yourself, Kenny. You did what you had to... to protect the boy." "Don't worry, Becca, we'll take care of your boy. You rest easy." "He lost all his people in one fell swoop. Ain't much we could do to him that'd be worse than that. Kenny, please. Ease up on him." "What is it with you guys? (…) Every man I've known is always tryin' to let each other know how tough they are. Put 'em in their place. Buncha dominant, alpha-male horseshit. And it all ends the same way. (…) Oh, that ain't true. You get into your fair share of pissin' matches, too. (…) Are you kiddin' me? Yes. (…) It just is... get two of 'em in a room, and it's just a matter of time before they're challengin' each other to somethin'." "I think he likes you. Calmed right down for ya. (…) That's a good sign. Yeah, he is, isn't he? Most babies are pretty ugly this soon after bein' born." "Yeah, he is, isn't he? Most babies are pretty ugly this soon after bein' born." "Oh, don't be like that. He's had a rough start... a real rough start. Here, I got him." "It ain't an "it". It's a he, and he has a name. Ain't that right, Alvie? Aww. Such a handsome boy." "Oh, I almost forgot! Was savin' it for a special occasion and... well, it bein' your birthday and all... figure... (takes bottle out of backpack) This is as good a time as any. (…) Bill kept all the alcohol in the armory. He didn't like people... imbibing." "(to Jane) Fire's real nice. Plenty of room if you wanna get warm. (…) I didn't expect her to come back. Just when I thought I got her figured out, she up and surprises. (…) I know, I know, I just... don't know what she's gettin' outta all this. (to Luke) Well, it ain't no secret how you feel about her. Oh, come on. I'm just teasin'. (…) I understand. She's a pretty girl... once you get past all the dirt and guts." "Worked on me. (takes sip) Shit. I just did it too, didn't I? Sorry... it's the drink talkin'. ("They say a drunk man's talk is a sober man's thoughts.") Well, I ain't a man, so "they" can take that shit somewhere else. Clem, go see if you can get Jane and Kenny over by the fire. It's too cold for them to be out there like that. Oh, and here... maybe a swig of this will change their minds." "I don't think that boy's a bad person. I just think good people do bad things sometimes and they do it a lot more nowadays with the world bein' what it is. So I think it's best to just..." "You need to help! Clem, go! Go help him! Clem, just go back for him. You're light. You can do it. Clem, you can make it. But you need to go! Now! He's gonna die, Clem!" "Goddamn it. Hold on, I got you! Keep 'em off us, Clem! (…) Shut up! Shut the fuck up! I can save you! Come on! (…) I gotcha." "Clem tried to help him. He just... Oh, God..." "You could have... you could have helped him." "This is your fault, and you damn well know it." "Do you remember when you saw me first? Back at the lodge? Took one look at me and, "Hell no, she ain't comin' inside." I liked you from the start/"Check her for weapons." I liked you from the start/I felt real bad you believed me. "She can't hurt anyone." You ever done somethin' you regret? Even if it's somethin' you knew you had to do? Go on. You can be honest. (…) You know... I'll say one thing about Luke. No matter where you end up, there's always one bad seed rockin' the boat. But I don't think he woulda ever been that guy. Lemme ask you somethin', Clem. When's the last time anyone did what you wanted? (…) You know, I've been all over. Run with a lotta people. A lotta men. And listened to a lotta promises. Ain't one of 'em come true. I'm startin' to think there might be another way, you know? I'm gonna go take a piss." "It must be nice bein' a pretty little girl. No one ever expects you to do a damn thing. You and I both know you had a chance to save Luke! You and I both know what happened back there! I got nothin' more to say to you." "Well, we're better off without her. She... she's been a bad seed, you know?" "Oh, my God! Clem. Clem! (Mike grabs for Bonnie) Don't you touch me! Clem! I'm so sorry. I... I didn't mean for this to happen." "Oh, God, Mike, we have to go. Just leave her." |
