Brenda Stookey (nee unknown) is the wife of Bob Stookey. She is mentioned in The Walking Dead: The Road to Woodbury.

Pre-Apocalypse[]

Smyrna, Georgia[]

Little is known about Brenda's life prior to or as the outbreak began. At some point she married Bob. They lived in a mobile home park on the outskirts of Smyrna.

Post-Apocalypse[]

During the onset of the outbreak, Bob and Brenda's mobile home was overrun. When Bob returned from getting supplies one day, he came home to find Brenda being torn apart by walkers. He killed the walkers but it was too late. A short time after, Brenda reanimated. Bob refused to put her down, and left.

Woodbury, Georgia[]

Bob later tells Brian Blake that he isn't proud of leaving her. He mentions that although her arm and lower body were pretty mangled, she still managed to get around. He also says that he is positive she killed a few people, and he blames their deaths on himself. When Brian tells Bob about Penny Blake, he mentions that he never thought about feeding Brenda.

When Bob arrived home one day, he found his wife had been attacked by zombies. He killed the zombies but was unable to save her. She later reanimated as a zombie and was left by Bob who was unable to put her down.
