- In the Episode Insider for this episode, Lauren Cohan talks about her experience directing this episode and stated that her favorite scene to direct was Negan and the Croat smoking a cigarette together in St. Patrick's Cathedral whereas the most challenging scene to direct was the fight between Maggie, Hershel, and the bear.
- In the Episode Insider, Eli Jorné revealed that Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Željko Ivanek did most of the stunts for the fight scene between Negan and the Croat.
- In the Episode Insider, Lauren Cohan sang the praises of Dascha Polanco, who played Lucia Narvaez, and even called her "the best walker we've ever had". Dascha revealed that her walker makeup involved wearing contact lenses that covered her whole eye and that she had prosthetics put on her that were "eaten up" to make her legs look devoured. Dascha also stated that she felt like the cast had become like a little family on set.
