Uncle Buford is a zombified character who appears in The Walking Dead: Michonne.

Buford appears on the beach where Michonne, Samantha, and Pete (Determinant) arrive after escaping Monroe. As the three or two make their way through the herd, the Monroe Colonists appear and shoot at them and kill the zombies.
