This Buraz is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: Dead City. He is a member of the Burazi.

"Who's There?"[]
Finding the tribal hideout, the first wave of Burazi, armed with sharpened street sign spears, unleash their attack on the tribespeople. During their attack, three tribespeople are killed, forcing the the remaining survivors to flee.
Shortly after the initial attack, a second wave of Burazi arrive to secure the hideout. Inside, this man, armed with a knife, notices Negan slamming his captive's head through several glass windows, calling out "knock, knock". As the Burazi and this man advance, Negan holds his knife up to the captured Buraz's neck over the hideout's second floor balcony, joking about the man's neckbeard and forcing the Burazi to stop.
Turning around, this man commands the Burazi to find a way up, revealing his rattail. Negan makes fun of him before going into one of his taunting speeches. "Knock, knock. Who's there? Butter. Butter who? Well, you butter get out your umbrellas, 'cause it is about to goddamn rain." Negan slits his captive's throat, splashing the people below with his blood, and then brutally disembowels him, shaking more blood over the Burazi. This man is completely covered in blood, groaning in disgust. "Now, I don't know if any of you have checked tonight's forecast, but if I see even one mole hair on one of your ugly ass faces, it won't be just a rainstorm. Hell, it won't be a thunderstorm. It'll be a goddamn hurricane!" Negan says, flinging the body over the balcony, dropping the Buraz onto the screaming man.
After Negan and Maggie flee, the Burazi put down the Buraz that Negan had killed, preventing him from reanimating and retrieving his corpse.
