Cam is an antagonist and survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Saviors.

Nothing is known about Cam's life prior to or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse
Washington, D.C.
At some point in the apocalypse, Cam somehow came into contact with a group named the "Saviors" which he subsequently joined.
Cam aided his group in terrorizing other survivors and communities around the area into subjugating to Negan's will, where their victims would be forced to give half their supplies in exchange for not being murdered.
Season 6
"Always Accountable"
Cam is a member of the group of Saviors hunting for Dwight, Sherry, and Tina. While in hiding, Daryl rustles some branches and distracts Cam, causing him to get bitten on the forearm by a walker pinned against the tree. Wade, the party leader, immediately uses a belt for a tourniquet and hacks off Cam's forearm without hesitation. Despite efforts to save his life, Cam succumbed to his injuries and turned before being put down after reanimating.

Daryl lured Cam to his hiding spot in the hopes of getting Cam bit, which occurs successfully. Wade then amputates his arm, but Cam succumbed to the wound and reanimates.[1]
