Carl is unlocked in Episode 1, Chapter 7. His primary weapon is a knife and the secondary is his fists.

Non-Canon Deaths

In every chapter Carl is taken along, it is possible for him to die and reanimate. To complete the chapter the other survivors have to kill the reanimated Carl. This is considered non-canon.


  • When Carl uses his special move, he shouts "Don't let them touch you!" Which is a reference to the 1996 movie "Star Trek: First Contact" where Captain Picard shouts the same line when confronted by the zombie-like borg.
