Carlos is seen in the guard tower, wishing Rick and Carl Grimes safe travels as they exit Alexandria.
Rest In Peace[]
Carlos is not seen or heard after the 23 year time jump. It is possible he is still living at Alexandria or was killed in the Whisperer War.
