Charlene Wilson is an original character from The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct.
Almost nothing is known about Charlene's life prior to or as the outbreak began, aside from her being an owner of a car cinema.
The Search For Satchmo
Charlene is a survivor of the car cinema, and she hides inside the projection room. She helps Daryl Dixon in giving him transportation, if Daryl saves Charlene's cat, Satchmo, from her house. After Daryl saves her cat, she gives him the keys to her car. Daryl asks if she wants to come with them (his brother Merle, eventually other survivors). However, she refuses. She also remarks that she is too old and that she has already had to run away too often. The car cinema is surrounded by walkers when Daryl escapes. It's not clear if Charlene and Satchmo survived, or if the walkers breached the room and devoured them. Their current fate is unknown.
This list shows the victims Charlene has killed:
- Possibly numerous counts of zombies
Satchmo is Mrs. Wilson's Cat. She was worried what happened to Satchmo. Later when Daryl saved the cat, she and her cat will stay in the house.
- Satchmo, her cat, is likely a reference to Louis Armstrong, as "Satchmo" was a famous nickname of his.
