Charlie is survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a newcomer of the Prison.

Nothing is known about Charlie's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he suffered from a sleepwalking condition.
Post-Apocalypse[]

Overnight, Charlie perishes to the sickness that has spread along Cell Block D and reanimates as a walker. He doesn't attack anyone because he locks himself in his cell due to his sleep walking condition. He is later discovered and put down by Rick. His corpse is later examined by Dr. Subramanian whom deduces that he had died from a deadly form of the flu.

During the night, Charlie succumbs to the flu and dies in his cell.

The next day, a zombified Charlie is found by Rick in his cell and is stabbed in the head.
