Mr. Chen (given name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak mentioned in The Walking Dead: Typhoon. He ran the butchers in Fongyuan village before the outbreak and had three daughters.

Nothing is known about Chen prior to or as the outbreak began except he ran the butchery in Fongyuan and had three daughters.

It is unknown what happened to Chen after Fongyuan was overrun, however he's spoken about by the village elders as if he isn't currently living in the hidden village, suggesting that he wasn't able to escape with most of the community. Ultimately it's unknown whether Chen was killed or managed to escape to elsewhere.
Typhoon[]
When Zhu is brought to three of the village elders in the grove, he introduces himself as Mr. Chen's son. The bald elder thought Chen had daughters before the elderly woman corrects him and says he's thinking about Chen the butcher, instead of Chen who ran the store.
