“ | I've worked with men like you my entire career. You call yourself a governor? Really? You're just a schoolyard bully who's found a playground to rule. The doctor told me all about you.

Christina Meredith Haben is a survivor of the outbreak in Skybound Entertainment's Comic Universe. She is a minor character in Thomas Dunne Books' The Walking Dead and a zombified character in Image Comics' The Walking Dead. She is a former news producer and described as being "fair-skinned with beautiful dishwater-blonde hair."
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Kirkwood, Georgia[]
Early in life, Christina grew up in Kirkwood in Atlanta, Georgia. She lived there before enrolling in college.
Oberlin, Ohio[]
In the 1980s, during her student years, she went away to Oberlin College, majoring in telecommunications.
Atlanta, Georgia[]
As an adult, she got a job in broadcasting and worked with Mike, the traffic pilot, for years in the big tower on Peachtree - the one with the helipad on the roof.
She became the senior segment producer at Channel 9, WROM, the Fox affiliate out of North Atlanta. She was known for brilliantly producing several segments such as bake sales, lost pets, etc. In keeping with that, she had won three Emmys, a Clio, and a couple of Cable Ace awards - all of which made her justifiably proud. Although, she never felt that her superiors respected her or provided her with the remuneration she deserved.
In 2001, she had a child out of wedlock and gave up her baby for adoption on the day after 9/11. She had suffered through a series of romantic misadventures, never found Mr. Right, never married, and always considered herself wed to her job. For that, she was a hard-bitten person who didn't let anybody treat her inadequately.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Atlanta, Georgia[]
Christina survived the earlier days of the outbreak inside Fox News headquarters along with many other survivors. After the food from the cafeteria started to run out, many of the survivors turned against each other. Mike, a traffic pilot, ended up helping her escape with the station's helicopter. One of the group's survivors rigged the helicopter to crash in case anyone tried to escape, but Mike was able to get the helicopter out of the city before crashing. However, one of the group's survivors sabotaged it to crash in case anyone tried to escape, but she and Mike barely escaped the city before the crash.
The Fall of the Governor - Part One[]
"The Gathering"[]
Christina was found in the helicopter crash along with Mike by Caesar Martínez and Lilly Caul, where she was the only survivor. She was severely injured and brought to Dr. Stevens and Alice Warren for treatment. Dr. Stevens told her not to trust the Governor, making her hostile and distrustful, indirectly leading her to death.

He then puts her head in his fish tanks and feeds her body to zombies.
- Lilly Caul (Zombified)
After returning from the assault on the prison, Lilly Caul goes to the Governor's apartment and shoots each of the heads in the fish tanks, including Christina's.
