At some point after the establishment of the Commonwealth, the children's home was established. During Tyler Davis' time in the Commonwealth Army, children without parents were sent here.

Season 11[]

"Family"[]

Gabriel asks Tyler Davis if he has any idea where his and Rosita's still-missing daughter could be. Tyler tells Gabriel that, when he was a soldier, children without parents were taken to the Commonwealth Children's Home. However, he doesn't know where it is. At Gabriel's request, Tyler gets the location from the captured Commonwealth soldiers. Later, Gabriel and Rosita make plans to get into the home and rescue their daughter once they get to the Commonwealth.

"Rest in Peace"[]

As a massive herd overruns the Commonwealth, Rosita, Eugene and Gabriel arrive at the children's home in search of Coco. However, they find it overrun with walkers and several people dead inside. As Eugene and Gabriel deal with the walkers feeding on the corpses, Rosita follows the sound of crying into a room where someone has saved Coco, Mariam and Adam by putting a crib upside down over them. Putting down the walkers in the room, Rosita rescues her daughter and the group leaves with Coco, Mariam and Adam.
