"A New Deal"

Entering a gated-off area, one of his coworkers complains to him about their job and how they never get to see the Founders' Day party. The man jokes that it doesn't matter as long as he can hear the lottery numbers being called and he promises to forget her when he wins. Roman Calhoun and Shira enter the area and kill the man and his nine colleagues with silenced pistols, leaving them to reanimate and leaving the gate open.

Later, the ten janitors, now reanimated, make their way into the main area of the Commonwealth and attack the panicked residents. This man attacks and devours a resident who had fallen to the ground before advancing on Judith Grimes. However, before he can reach Judith, he's shot in the head by Daryl Dixon.
