At some point during the outbreak, this woman became a resident of the Commonwealth.
The Rotten Core[]

This woman and her boyfriend greet Rick as he is taking an evening walk. They recognize him as the leader of a community out east and thank him for helping clean the Commonwealth after the riot, while also expressing interest in moving to Alexandria.
She has not been seen or mentioned since the 23 year time skip. It is unknown whether she ended up moving to Alexandria.
