This woman works as a nurse at the Commonwealth Hospital and is on duty when General Mercer approaches her, asking what happened to patient in Room M-33. The nurse replies that some soldiers came by and moved the patient. When Mercer informs her that no one has authorization over him, she replies that apparently someone does, infuriating Mercer to the point he punches a hole in the wall before walking away.
