This man attends an evening memorial service for April in Union Square along with her parents, Connie, Kelly, Magna, and many other Commonwealth citizens. When Henderson and a team of city soldiers order the civilians to return to their homes, this protestor reluctantly walks away. As Carol and Negan attempt to escort Sebastian from Union Station, this man walking by recognizes the disguised Sebastian and starts yelling out to everyone that he found him. Negan tries to hush the yelling man but is punched in the stomach instead before being subdued by a soldier.
"Rest in Peace"[]
With the city breached and many civilians killed as reported by Colonel Vickers and the screams heard throughout the invasion, this man's fate is left unknown. It is possible he was let into the Estates with the crowd of terrified citizens or was rescued later on elsewhere in the city, or was killed by the undead.
