A crowbar is a long metal tool. It is the preferred weapon of Negan Smith following the destruction of Lucille.

Original TV Series[]
Morgan Jones arms himself with a crowbar the day after first meeting Rick Grimes.
Rick uses a crowbar in Bradbury's to get a fire axe for himself. Glenn later uses it when he and Rick, covered in walker guts, go to retrieve a vehicle from a nearby construction site.
Crowbars are used by the residents of the West Georgia Correctional Facility to put down walkers. Carl Grimes uses one to finish off surviving walkers after he and Rick gun down a herd.
While going out to plan to kill Negan, Maggie grabs a backpack and sneaks a crowbar into it. She uses the weapon to kill multiple walkers along the way.
After destroying his old baseball bat Lucille, Negan Smith chooses a long crowbar as his new weapon instead.
During the fight with two of the Reapers, Negan smashes Michael Turner over the head with his crowbar after Maggie Rhee stabs Turner in the neck with a broken glass bottle. Despite the best efforts of Bossie, the two wounds prove to be fatal to Turner. Not long after, Negan kills a walker outside of an abandoned church, disturbing Maggie with the resemblance to Negan's murder of her husband.
Following his departure from Alexandria and his joining of Riverbend, Negan continues to use the crowbar as his weapon. While rescuing Hershel Rhee, Negan hits Jake Daniels over the head with his crowbar before impaling him in the head with it.
Negan loses his crowbar when he is kidnapped by Pamela Milton's men. Later, he reclaims it from a large crate full of confiscated weapons after Alexandria is reclaimed. However, Negan uses an AR-15 taken from the captured Commonwealth soldiers instead in battle.
Fear the Walking Dead[]
Madison Clark uses a crowbar to open the drug locker at Paul R. Williams High School.
During a fight with pirates on The Abigail, Madison impales Reed with a crowbar, mortally wounding him. Madison's Group works to treat Reed's wound, needing him alive until Chris kills Reed.
Later, during the Fall of Broke Jaw Ranch, some of the resident arm themselves with crowbars while battling the massive herd besieging the ranch.
Webisodes[]
During the early days of the outbreak, Chase favors a crowbar as his weapon against the undead. While chased by a herd, he uses it to break open a locked door of the Self Storage Facility. Chase later uses it in the dark to put down a zombified Lenny.
Shortly after putting Lenny down, Chase loses his crowbar when he is betrayed and attacked by B.J. Chase subsequently replaces his crowbar with Harris' machete and B.J.'s M16 Rifle.
Telltale Series[]
After shooting him in the knees, Kenny grabs a crowbar off of a nearby bench and uses it to brutally kill William Carver in an act of revenge. He then continues to use the weapon to kill walkers.
At C&C Auto Stop, Javier takes a crowbar from where it's impaled in a walker's face and uses it to put down the walker and remove a gas cap as well as determinately using it against Lonnie during a fight. However, he loses the crowbar afterwards and returns to using a small hammer before David provides Javier with a Baseball Bat instead. After Richmond gets invaded by a horde, Kate uses a crowbar as a weapon for the duration of her time on the run.
Clementine uses a crowbar to open the door to the train station.
Novel Series[]
In the early days of the outbreak, Philip Blake uses a crowbar to save Bobby Marsh from a zombified mechanic. In process, Philip's Group discovers that a major blow to the head puts a walker down quite nicely.
