David is an Alexandria Safe-Zone resident.

Nothing is known about David's life before or when the outbreak started. It is possible he lived in or near Alexandria before the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse

David has only been mentioned by Spencer Monroe and has not yet been showed. Spencer said he was talking to Regina Monroe at the party.

David is not seen during any of the chaos that occurs.
Alexandria Safe-Zone Aftermath
David survives the the herd, since the residents of the safe-zone only had a funeral for 5 people: Tobin, Douglas Monroe, Morgan Jones, Jessie Anderson, and Ron Anderson.
David also survives the Saviors' attack to Alexandria, since the only persons listed as dead are Betsy, Charles, and the Orson family.
After the Saviors' attack to the Hilltop, David's fate is unknown.
