Following Perlie Armstrong's mission in Manhattan, New York, he debriefs with the New Babylon Prefect, detailing what happened on the island and with Negan. The Prefect brings up Dessie and his other daughters, mentioning that she watched over his family and made sure they were alright, before asking him to repeat his story and to provide more details on the methane gas in the New York City Sewer System.
