Post-Apocalypse[]
Initially a safe zone for The Raiders, The Coalition finds this warehouse and begins to take it over after eliminating the few raiders that were based out of here. Despite this, the rest of The Raiders realize that they base had been taken over and attack it to reclaim it; however, they too are eliminated. Tom Jolly is then put in charge of the warehouse.
