"I -- we need to make this sacrifice."
—Dowdle asking Daryl Dixon to help her (Determinant).[src]

Dowdle (first name unknown) is a character in The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. She is seen in a hospital located in Cleburne.

Location Unknown

Nothing is known about Dowdle's life prior to or as the outbreak, except that she probably worked for the CDC or was a doctor in Cleburne Hospital.

Cleburne Hospital

While Daryl Dixon searches the hospital for antibiotics for his brother Merle, he hears something about finding a cure by testing on a test subject. Later, he finds Dr. Dowdle, who is revealed to have Noah Cruz held captive in order to find a cure. She offers Daryl the antibiotics he needs for Merle if he chooses not to save Noah. She then finds out there is no cure due to the test results. Shocked, she releases walkers into the room to kill Noah, much to the shock of Daryl. She then disappears, leaving her status unknown.

Killed Victims

This list shows the victims the nurse has killed:

  • Numerous counts of unnamed people as test subjects
  • Possibly numerous counts of zombies
