I, we need to make this sacrifice
―Dowdle asking Daryl to help her.[src]

Dr. Dowdle is a character in The Walking Dead: Survival Instinctshe was seen in a hospital located in Cleburne.

Pre-Apocalypse

Location Unknown

Nothing is known about Dr. Dowdle's life before or as the outbreak, except she probably worked for the CDC or a Doctor in Cleburne Hospital.

Post-Apocalypse

Cleburne Hospital

While Daryl searches the hospital for antibiotics for Merle, he hears something about finding a cure by testing on test subject. Later. he finds Dr.Dowdle, who is revealed to having Noah held captive in order to find a cure. She offers Daryl the antibiotics he needs for Merle if he chooses not to save Noah. She then finds out there is no cure due to test results. Shocked, she releases walkers into the room to kill Noah, much to the shock of Daryl, the lady then disappears, leaving her status unknown.

Killed Victims

This list shows the victims the nurse has killed:

  • Presumably numerous amounts of zombies
  • Numerous counts of unnamed people as test subjects.

Trivia

  • The doctor mentions Dr. Candace Jenner while talking to another nurse in a speaker.
  • She very likely died either way. If you save Noah, she leaves the room, presumably being caught and devoured by walkers. If you don't save Noah, he escapes anyways, possibly escaping by killing her.
