Dr. K (full name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: World Beyond. She is a resident of the Campus Colony of Omaha, one of three cities part of the Alliance of the Three.
Nothing is known about Dr. K's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that she was a licensed therapist.
At some point in the apocalypse, Dr. K joined a community called the Campus Colony.
Iris Bennett visits Dr. K for a therapy session with her. When struggling to open the door, Dr. K jokes how they are supposed to be hard to open once you're dead. During the session, Dr. K asks Iris to tell her what she remembers on The Night the Sky Fell. Iris opens up as to how her mother died that day due to being devoured by empties, not because of the plane crash, and how she blames herself for not stopping her younger sister, Hope Bennett from witnessing it. Dr. K assures Iris to not let it hurt her, as that day defined what she is today, and she believes the reason why Iris dreams about the empties is because she is neglecting herself. She tells Iris to stop trying to live for everyone, as there are already 9,671 people at the Campus Colony which is too many people living, and she should focus on living for herself. Dr. K admits that due to her terminal illness, she often thinks about the end too, but she doesn't let it eat her up inside. When Iris asks what she should do to help herself, Dr. K urges her to talk to Hope about her feelings.
Later that night, Dr. K dies from her illness and reanimates. Iris discovers her zombified corpse and lies by the door saddened, as two Campus Colony residents arrives to put her down and take her body away.

- In the initial trailer for the series, this character was portrayed by a different unknown actress.
