Duncan is a zombified character in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a neighbor of the Greene family and one of the walkers kept on the Greene Family farm.
Pre-Apocalypse
Greene Family Farm
Almost nothing is known about Duncan's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he knew the Greene family before the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse
Duncan was killed sometime after the outbreak. Before his initial reanimation, Otis placed him inside the barn.
Season 2
"Secrets"
While gathering supplies at the pharmacy, Maggie revealed Duncan's identity to Glenn along with the identities of her stepbrother, mother, neighbors, and family friends.
"Pretty Much Dead Already"
Toward the end of the episode, Shane unlocks the door of the barn, and the group of Atlanta Survivors shoots everyone who was inside. Duncan was killed along with all the other walkers exiting the barn.
"Nebraska"
Duncan's body is seen at the beginning of the episode on the ground and is later burned.

Duncan is somehow bitten by walkers and succumbed to the infection. Later, he is placed either before or after reanimation inside the farm barn by Otis on Hershel's orders.

After Shane forces the barn doors open, a zombified Duncan and the walkers exit the barn and are systematically killed by the Survivors. Duncan was put down by either Shane, Andrea, Glenn, T-Dog, or Daryl, as they were the only members of the group shooting the walkers.
