Echo is a survivor of the outbreak in Skydances' The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution. They are a soldier for the Revolution.

At some point, Echo joins the Reclaimed and find Jean-Baptiste as a very calm and kind man. After JB goes missing and the Reclaimed falls apart due to the Towers rule, Echo leaves and finds two tower soldiers named Sable and Barnes. The three plot a Revolution against Mama and they form and team of Exiles, former Reclaimed, and people all over NOLA to help fight the Tower, even the Tourist.
