Edgar is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a member of the Vultures.
Overview[]
Edgar is a reckless, aggressive, and arrogant man. When he is first caught by John Dorie and Morgan, despite being in the disadvantage and being told multiple times that trying to fight back would be an unwise choice, Edgar goes for his gun anyway which causes him to lose his finger. He is shown to have no qualms with killing and participates in the fight against Alicia's group until his demise.

Season 4[]
"Just in Case"[]
Edgar is alone scavenging a store when he is held at gunpoint by John Dorie and Morgan. He ignores John's offer to surrender and answer a few questions and has his finger shot off by John as a result. After answering a few questions about his affiliation with the Vultures, he is let go. Later, he appears with Melvin, Charlie, and the other Vultures at a horse track when they are ambushed by Alicia, Strand, Luciana, and the others. When Mel asks who warned Alicia's group about the meetup location, Edgar answers that it was Morgan.
"The Wrong Side of Where You Are Now"[]
Edgar participates in the gun battle against Alicia, Strand, and Luciana. He takes cover behind the bus with Melvin and two Vultures while firing back at the Dell Diamond survivors. At one point, he is caught off guard by Luciana and is shot in the chest with her shotgun. Several minutes later, Edgar reanimates and wanders the area until he is put down by Alicia with a blunt weapon to the head.

During the firefight at the horse track, Edgar is caught off guard by Luciana who quickly shoots Edgar in the chest with her shotgun.

- Edgar's shopping cart is filled with items he could use to strip various stores. The cart had a ladder attached to it, plus hanging buckets to hold his screwdrivers, pliers and other tools.
- Edgar's amputation is referenced by John Dorie to Dwight in "Humbug's Gulch".
